I was good with the game but now I play It shows when I get coins for playing but It doesn't add to my amount so I'm playing and really getting nothing I have to start a new game will get the first few times and then it wont add to the amount anymore

They talk this up, but you don’t earn anything. This is such a waste of time the surveys they ask you questions you are not even I’m just a worker and they got mad at me and asked me kept asking me questions over and over the same question of what options do I buy for the company? I just worked there. I don’t have that option and they just kept asking that same question with some of the stupidest answers as options. This is such a waste of time and they don’t give you any money. That’s another lie.

I’ve made review previously for this app of how the surveys are broken because of the companies who provide them screen you out all because you do not qualify for it. I guarantee it was AI in charge of the surveys. Do not deny it. Now I open the app and what do I see? No surveys! You think that’s going to fix anything?!
Also you don’t keep what you earn from playing a game because you need to reach a goal for this so-called “Earnings Jar.” That needs to be removed! Why can’t you guys listen?! I smell a scam running here!

Great at first.
I earned money through this app and cashed out, but now it won’t track any of my progress on new games. I emailed support and got the response to give it 72 hours, but in my initial complaint I already informed them it had been over a week. Now with one of my older games it has been tracking it’s changed the payout amount for the milestones. Originally the payout for my next one was over $5 and now it’s .47, the support is absolutely useless, they’ll just continuously say go wait 72 hours after being informed multiple times it’s been over 72 hours.

Joke is on you!!!
You get paid at first to keep you and to get positive reviews then you will be used. You will have to prove tasks were completed by taking screenshots and screenshots recordings and still won’t be paid. This site WILL cheat you over and over and over again. Ultimately paid pennies on the dollar. Good luck!!!

Kinda sad I am not getting rewarded for current game I am playing. Can this be fixed?
Very Disappointed
The first offer for a game I started playing went fine. However, another one did not start tracking when I installed it. I was told that their partner did not recognize I installed from their app and therefore I would not be getting any of the rewards I earned. I think it is terrible that no one is accountable to uphold the offers. It is in their best interest to have this happen. Very mad that I will be missing out on almost $60 in rewards I won’t be getting.

The worst earning app ever
So I have an entire video where I recorded the screen as I approached the last dollar that I needed to cash out my first 20 I tried repeatedly as a matter of fact I actually finished over 20 different surveys trying to close out on my last one dollar and every time I got to the end all they did was Kip phasing me out. They never paid me. I literally been on my phone for the last four hours trying to earn one dollars so that I can cash out and no matter what I do if it’s a successful survey or not it is not adding that to my account that I’m able to cash out so I would never trust this website they’re fraudulent and then they could be shut down not to mention they have no customer service not one link to speak to someone when this sort of things happen. I’ve wasted almost 4 years four hours of my day today trying to earn some money any company that’s not gonna follow through with payment I wouldn’t

I been using earn star for a while before I was about to cash out then after a while it stop letting me cash out I won 55$ on a game but when I went to make sure it went in it told me to verify my account I did and it took the money away and deleted the game like it was never there then I email them they told me to wait 72 hours …it’s been 2 months still didn’t hear nothing or receive anything the I try to cash out 5$ it won’t let me do anything. I’ve earned over $50 from various games and yes I was able to cash it all out. However when I earned $42 from the same game I’ve been playing, they all of a sudden need to do a verification. I’m really annoyed because when I reached out all I got was a generic response and they closed my ticket without letting me respond with other questions.

Only gave 5 stars so this review will be posted. I completed a milestone on a game that would have allowed me to cash out $50. The accomplishment was marked off but since it would allow me to cash out surprise surprise the money was not credited.
Until I met the $50 threshold I got credited immediately. But I make the withdraw amount and had to earn their hidden “fee” and then the money does not get credited.
I will update this review if they credit the money and let me cash out.

Disappearing offers and refused payouts
Do not trust this app with long gaming milestones. I completed 2,500 levels of get color , earning $134.40 in milestones and active timed bonuses . Mid-run , EarnStar altered the offer terms, which completely broke their automated tracking mechanism . Despite sending unedited video proof of my account and my 2500 level completion , support refused to pay what I earned , offering a low ball $20 “goodwill “ gesture instead . Their automated support will just circle you in loops when they owe you high amounts. Absolutely terrible experience.
