Super easy to use
Works as it should. Simple to go offline and perform audits or manage non conformances. Highly recommend for all mfg and service audits.
Can’t open app
The app is stuck in the loading screen before I get to the login

App doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work or open. It freezes with Ease logo. Some people said to restart phone and try however, no luck. On computer also, navigation option missing. Disappointed!
Broken
Can’t do audits on app. The “start Audit” button never shows up. Always have to do it on the safari browser on phone instead. Been this way since June 2021 when I downloaded this app.
Latest Update won’t run
Updated last week - stayed frozen. Deleted and reinstalled - same problem. At least the website works, but that defeats the purpose of a mobile app. iOS 14.6 on an iPhone 7 (32GB)

Excellent program, nice App!
The EASE program works very well in our company. The app works on our phones and our tablets so we can conduct our audits anywhere in our facility, or in other locations if needed. The developers are always improving the software, this company interacts with customers and addresses customers needs regularly.

Lots of issues
Not a very smooth running app. Latest issue is that when audits are complete, it will not complete them. It just continues with the “in progress” cycle. Never uploads the completed audit.

Latest rev 1.32.0 many glitches. Had nothing but trouble. Lost my entire LPA. Wouldn’t save LPA during audit. Locked up during a save.

I purposely waited to review this app so that I could give a fair and honest review. On three separate occasions my audit results completely disappeared and could not be located on my phone nor on the desktop version. I’d taken pictures of the audited area and inserted them along with several comments from my audit findings. Thankfully, I took pictures of the details and the results tabs as “proof” that it was complete and submitted on time. It has the date and the time that I started the audit, and the time that the audit was finished. It’s very frustrating when reports are sent out electronically in our organization and it shows that I didn’t audit the area that I was assigned to audit. I used the “Ad Hoc Activity” to manually add the missed audits and they still showed up as missing. And yes, I waited until the app finished syncing before closing the app. I do not recommend using this app!!!

Very good
Does exactly what it needs to do and what it says. The login process doesn’t work perfectly for me using faceID which is my only rub and pretty minor at that.
Intuitive app for audits & mitigations
Log in and conduct an audit - it’s that easy! WiFi isn’t great here, but that isn’t a problem for this app.
