Terrible
Terrible, clunky, unintuitive UI that is riddled with constant bugs. Almost as bad as the browser system. With other options available, I can’t believe businesses use this platform. I would give zero stars if it were an option.

Toujours en mise a jours toujours en bug. Perte de temps énorme pour la compagnie… sans retour sur investissement depuis plusieurs années. Je ne la recommande en AUCUN CAS!
Consistent issues
Every 1-2 weeks I or one of my team open the App to submit a report and it automatically closes. We then have to remove the App, reinstall and re-sign back in to make it work. Very frustrating, annoying and time consuming.
The worst safety app on the planet. Mind blowingly glitchy, constant crash, horrible user interface.
