Editing
When I edit text in the app, the screen moves to the bottom of the document rather than staying where I'm making changes, making it difficult to insert information at the intended location.
Buyer beware
Do not buy electronics from this app. I ordered a ring doorbell with smile points and I had to use the warranty to get a brand new one in only half a year of use
Worst service ever
It’s been 20 days I ordered an item, still getting no update, still showing working on your order, don’t know whether they dispatched it or cancelled it. No help section available in the app. There is no option to contact the customer care.

I’m on my iPad and the app will only display like a phone no matter which way I turn it. It makes it kind of hard to view items in the store.
Have improved a lot
The apps have greatly changed and improved a lot. No more issues logging in and loading. Hopefully can add Shoppee or Lazada digital vouchers.
