When I edit text in the app, the screen moves to the bottom of the document rather than staying where I'm making changes, making it difficult to insert information at the intended location.
Buyer beware
Do not buy electronics from this app. I ordered a ring doorbell with smile points and I had to use the warranty to get a brand new one in only half a year of use
Full Screen
I’m on my iPad and the app will only display like a phone no matter which way I turn it. It makes it kind of hard to view items in the store.
Garbage
Company makes you sign up. The app doesn’t work. Garbage rewards. Do I have to say more….

Order took too long to arrive
I hope my order is still on the way, I always ordered Hotels.com gift cards from Spotlight and it always takes 5min or less for me to receive my orders. This time around though, I had to buy it to use ASAP and I still haven’t received it, it’s been taking ages! I also tried to reach out to support but when you click on the Help option it shows that there’s ‘no content available at this time’ so I literally spent $250 credits and the hotel I wanted might get sold out at any time soon, also the room I wanted is not available anymore. I just wanted at least to hear from them on why it’s taking so much.

Why can’t I just get an Amazon gift card!?
How can you have 231 choices of gifts cards and Amazon isn’t one of them!
Used cards show up, can’t search retailer
My used gift cards continue to show up. I’ve deleted them and they still show up so I waste a lot of time copy and pasting to find the it’s got a zero balance .
Also, I can’t simply search the name of the gift card I want to use, I have to scroll to find it.

Overpriced
Everything is way overpriced and takes forever to ship. Searching for items is terrible. Once you click on something, your have to search all over again. Your can’t get back to the results where your left off

Markup on most items. An iPhone 14 is -600 on Apple Store vs 953 on this app. Will ship within 7 days and prob another 7 to deliver.i don’t understand the price gouging.
Keeps spamming me
This thing keeps sending me emails to my work mailbox reminding me that I have some points and it’s time for me to use them. Of course I know I have points with you, but it’s totally up to my decision as to when I want to use them. Thanks for reminding me but no I don’t want to be reminded every single week. And most importantly, I want to keep my WORK MAILBOX clean. So, STOP SPAMMING ME!

Blurry Images on/from iPhone Users
Lately images from iPhone users have downloaded blurry, difficult to read text and fine lines for anyone with an iPhone.
Android users can view and download images very clearly.
The app has been deleted and reinstalled three times with no positive results. The iOS system is up to date and current.
The phone has been shut down and restarted.
Problem persists after all the above troubleshooting.
Please be aware of the issue, and hopefully fix the “bug”.

App doesn’t work correctly.
The service is supposed to let you offset the extra points you may need for an item by purchasing the points to redeem something of higher value than you’re points will allow. It does not work. I have tried reentering my card info 50 times and it will not accept it.

My company uses Workhuman for letting us give gratitude to our peers. I find this mobile app easy to use. And it’s fun to redeem my points for gift cards when I’m at a store! 👏🏽
Convenient and easy to say thank you
The one app I like to see notifications from, because it means I’ve received an award or someone I’ve given recognition to has received an award. Also handy during Back to School season, since I can redeem for gift cards while I’m standing in store lines.

It is so easy to access my company’s recognition program. I can approve awards quickly, give recognition and even redeem for gift cards in store!! Love it!!
