Terrible
Terrible, clunky, unintuitive UI that is riddled with constant bugs. Almost as bad as the browser system. With other options available, I can’t believe businesses use this platform. I would give zero stars if it were an option.
App doesn’t work, it goes immediatelly in crash
It’s not possible to use it by I-Phone
Pire application d’inspection jamais fait
Toujours en mise a jours toujours en bug. Perte de temps énorme pour la compagnie… sans retour sur investissement depuis plusieurs années. Je ne la recommande en AUCUN CAS!
Consistent issues
Every 1-2 weeks I or one of my team open the App to submit a report and it automatically closes. We then have to remove the App, reinstall and re-sign back in to make it work. Very frustrating, annoying and time consuming.
The worst safety app on the planet. Mind blowingly glitchy, constant crash, horrible user interface.
Designed by monkeys
Crashes
App crashes every time I load
Not functional
This app is not working and is stuck on the step “downloading offline data” so my coworkers and I cannot log in.

Don’t bother
This stupid app wasted about 30 minutes of Amtrak time I make almost 40 an hour, so that’s $20 Amtrak paid for me to look at my phone and try to login to this stupid site so I can report that the weld and burning smoke in the building and the sand blast dust is atrocious with no ventilation and in the winter time, everyone is forced to choke and gag on the smoke and apparently I can’t report this. At least I got paid for this don’t bother doing it on your own time.

Awful
App crashes at least twice a week. Continually have to delete, redownload, and go on the website for the QR code. Lots of bugs and nothing seems to be getting resolved.
Crashing
Really poorly setup and currently crashes anytime you open it. Really poor when it’s supposed to be for a large organisation like ours.
App Keeps Crashing
Can’t fully input an observation without the app crashing every time! Waste of time
Crashes
When trying to open this app it crashes and won’t let me use it, closing the app and sending me back to my home screen. It has only just started doing this since updating to the newest ios, but prior to that it kept coming up with a message asking if I wanted to report bugs, but at least I could still use the app.

Too many bugs
Too many bugs requiring to delete and reinstall app. Constant freezing. Poor interface and clunky
Corporate App to manage safety processes
Use the App and PC version to report and manage local safety events - the App are very limited comparing with PC version of the System, and the PC version has many disadvantages: non user friendly interface for users, complex architecture of the system, Translation gaps and System bags are being met regularly

Works as expected.
Enablon Go allows our field users to effectively and efficiently collect data. Offline capability is important to us as many techs work in a remote location.
Response from developer
Hello Brody Hamilton, thank you very much for this positive review.
Uselesss
App is useless as soon as you attach a picture to the report. Locks the report and can’t even try to resend it. Frustrating!
Not user friendly
Terrible app, you can’t do everything from the app. You have to go log on a computer to finish what you have already entered.complete waste of money and time
As poorly written and designed as the website version
Buggy, fails to upload/freezes regularly. Very poor UX design. Makes mandatory use for work a chore, rather than what it could be with some basic design and coding investment. Latest version wants to resync and download the project/company setup every time the app is opened or an observation submitted. Given how convoluted and poorly designed the UX of the website is, not much surprise the app is so poor.

Fantastic tool
Enablon is a great tools for EHS!!! but when we ( me and my team ) close an action it does not sync with the system and if I refresh it’s still there! Please fix
Big PITA when password are out of sync
App will let you enter safety observations or incidents and only tell you your password is expired after you enter all the details. Then have to log onto the website set new password and cannot submit your work without logging out and losing all the work you just did. Really frustrating and a complete waste of time. Talk about making it hard to do the right thing...
