Great restaurant with fantastic food. Can you please add Apple Pay Support in the East Bay Deli app? Then, I wouldn’t have to store more credit card on the site.

Love the food HATE THE APP!!!!!
We constantly get good food when we can get it but this app sometimes places multiple orders and sometimes refuses to place any order. I usually have to order via DoorDash. But the unfortunate thing about that is that app doesn’t allow the same sandwich customizations. I try to contact the company through their app and it gives an error and no other ways to reach out to them.

Some days it works and other days it doesn’t so you have to cancel the order and redo it to try a new card that declines too. Easier going to McDonald’s than this headache
My favorite local spot
Everything I’ve ever had is delicious and prepared/packaged well. Way better than using DoorDash because I know it’s helping the restaurant.

Love the food, app is a bit annoying
I wish the app would let you order ahead of time - like hours or even the day before. When placing an order, you don’t have a choice when you want to pick it up. You have to go with the time they give you on the app.

Payment options won’t let you add additional card, gives an error message. Hard to make modifications to an item.

Could not find a way to add a coupon to my order. Perhaps I am missing it, but either way it needs to be added to the checkout process.

StellaDSmith, As long as you are logged in (as a registered user) there is a blue button titled "Add Rewards" on the checkout screen. This is where you can add coupons or promo codes by tapping the "+" sign at the top of the screen. Hope this helps! -Hazlnut Team on behalf of East Bay Deli
