So far, the app is quick, and its layout and design function in a manner very similar to the CU’s internet site, which has made it very easy to navigate. It fits into my life and the way I use the Credit Union.

Multi-year issues, no fix in sight
The app will sporadically stop loading and make you open/close it a dozen times before it works. Such a simple bug but so time consuming to deal with, especially in a rush. It’s been like this for YEARS and still hasn’t been fixed.

Easy to use layout, not the most appealing user interface but it’s not a huge national bank anyway, so that is not a huge deal.

Not good not once did I go on this app and it work for me I keep getting the same message over and over ( an error has occurred) it’s like a child developed it 0 stars for this app
FIX YOUR APP
by far the worst banking app ever, we should not have to repeatedly open & close the app 8 times before it freaking works. it is so incredibly frustrating & im getting to the point where im about to switch banks because of it. this is ridiculous, fix your app!!

Constantly crashing
By far the worst banking app out there. Constantly crashing. Having to open and close the app a dozen times before it finally works is very frustrating. Also enough to make me switch banks. Please fix your app.
Best decision yet
I recently joined ECCU and it was the best decision I’ve made yet. Friendly staff over the phone and in branch. My concerns are addressed and I feel appreciated as a member.
