Doesn’t work right
If I want to order a 6-pack or a dozen, there is no way to indicate how many of each donut type I want. It also automatically charges extra for specialty donuts even within the allowed limit for the pack size.
Edit: The extra charge has been fixed, but there is still no way to choose which donuts go in a 6-pack or dozen and there is very little space to make notes

$5 off issue
It is advertised on the East Park website that you get $5 off your first order, however it’s actually $5 off your second order. Only after I checked out with my first order in the app, did I receive a notification on the home screen to redeem a coupon. When I pressed redeem now, my shopping cart opened up and I saw “$5 off first order” in the top left corner. Please correct this error, so that the coupon is applicable to the first order OR just say, earn a $5 coupon AFTER your first order OR just add a promo code feature to the app and issue out a promo code for newly registered users. With that said, at least ordering a single donut wasn’t difficult. I can’t speak for bigger orders. And kudos to you on striking out and creating your own app. I hope it improves!

Horrible App
Tired multiple times with different email address never got a verification code
App needs work
There’s no way to indicate which donut flavors you want. The notes section has very limited characters. I also downloaded the app because they’re doing $5 off for orders through the app but it is still charging me full price and there’s nowhere to enter a promo code.
