Great for date nights!
My boyfriend and I love using Offline to pick a spot for our date nights and supporting small businesses. I’ve also brought and introduced so many friends to the restaurants that are advertised on Offline! We have returned to many of the restaurants that have become our favorites since discovering them through the app.

Not happy with the customer service
I’ve been a member for sometime and even supported this app for free via social media.. recently I cancelled my membership and was still charged. I reached out thinking they would understand and it was no big deal.. WRONG Charlene from customer service was rude and less than helpful or understanding.

Lack of new options
I’ve been a member for about six months now and I don’t think they’ve added new restaurants in Austin since joining. Maybe one or two at most.

Great for people who love to go out
I’ve had offline for a year and I talk about it all the time! I love trying new places and having a directory of local spots where I can use my discount has helped me save money and discover restaurants that I’ve loved but might not have known about without it. Offline events are really fun and generous. I love how they collaborate with the restaurants and encourage tipping on the total before the discount. The customer service is friendly and responsive. It’s a great deal and a great opportunity.
