Great Service

I have been using them for quite some time for different things mainly car/truck loans. Yanet is my go to for all my needs & questions.
She always takes the time to listen to me and explains everything in detail. I love her & ETPCU.

New website

I miss the old more user friendly website.

The app is very user-friendly and is my go to for staying on top of my account activity.

Hard to navigate

This app is very challenging to navigate. I am not a fan of the new app. It shows history and upcoming transactions, and it seems to make things more confusing than necessary.

New Update

PLEASE STOP CHANGING THINGS. Nothing makes any sense, and I cannot stand the layout of the update. I’ve told at least 6 people not to bank with ETPCU simply because of the fact the new layout is trash. And I will continue to do so until it’s either changed back to the original, or changed to something like the original but better. Until then, my burning hatred for the this update will remain.

Personal opinions

“Computer-friendly"
I describe an uncomfortable person about uses a smartphone or computers. East Texas Professional Credit Union made it easy to explain the prompts on the Mobile App in a way that is easy for beginners to understand.

New update is terrible

New update doesn't have landscape orientation what so ever. I and so many others use ipads with magic keyboards ( literally everyone I know) and have to detach the ipad or tilt head to the side. Insane no one thought of this.

Not so best update

So far a welcome update. Accounts, biometrics and personal data transferred. The bill pay is still giving errors of timeout after too short a time to setup payments. I would like the iPad app to accommodate both portrait and landscape orientation

Biometric not working, the program keeptvfigetting authenticates certificate of my finger. Also, please bring back the larger font type us older people have a lot of trouble seeing the smaller fonts and the contrast is not enough thank you

Biometrics are fixed after iOS 12 update.

Use a small QWERTY keyboard so , don’t have to keep switching between characters and numbers

My three accounts login are never saved like before this last update...along having to repeatedly having to accept the agreement

Use the QWERTY keyboard to input login names and password. With numbers and characters already available. I would not have to flip back and forth .

I noticed it loads faster. The only thing I miss is the bill pay part showing the overall payees and month by month payments.

I like the layout showing the entire year at a glance.

I have also used two apple devices in mobile deposits...I can't seem to get the camera to capture the check in a full screen.
