I confirmed a car for a 6 am trip at 7 pm the night before with Eastland. At 6 am no car arrived. When I called the dispatcher they were very rude and told me they didn’t have the pickup and that my area was too far for pickup anyway. They have picked me up multiple times before at this address. What a scam. Do not use.

Affordable and Fast!
Using Eastland has been a great alternative for me! They pick you up super fast and drop you off wherever you need to go. They’re also a lot cheaper than other services. Cars are clean and comfortable and you can relax while you reach your destination. Will definitely continue to use Eastland in the future.

Drivers are horrible
I would like to say that I have been using eastland for a few months now and was always satisfied with eastland. Tonight I called eastland and went in the car with two of my friends. I gave the man my address and he dropped me off at the corner. I do not live on a dead end so there was no excuse not to drop me in front of my house. I pay eastland for a full service not half. I told the man he dropped me off at the wrong spot and he told me he doesn't care and he just left me on the corner. This attitude is unacceptable I should not have payed for a half service. My other two friends had to walk and extra block because the driver made a mistake with address which is totally not fair he is supposed to drop the customer in front of their house. I think eastland needs to work on their employees because that type of attitude is unacceptable. I will not be using eastland for a while maybe next time I won't see such disrespectful drivers.

Fantastic Service & Nice Personality
Today is the first time that I've used this application and I was very impressed with the timing, the gps tracking of the app once you're in the cab and the notification when the cab has arrived and compared to other cab companies, this company really want money so they give a reasonable price and makes sure that the trio isn't a boring trip. I love this company and will use this company a lot in the future whenever I need to.

I actually think the app is ok But let me say this! Make sure your cab driver doesn't get in a accident on the belt because he was trying to take a picture while driving..... then make you sit there for 30 mins and then STILL ask you to pay!!!!!!!
