It kind of sucks because the app never wants to open. It crashes. It’s just a pain. I wish they’d fix that. It’s nice besides that issue.

Best to Worst
ECU has made this app so easy, that my teenage sons are able to do their own banking. Thank you, ECU! However, now every check deposited remotely, is under review and slow to post when it’s accepted. New improvements have slowed down the once best app.
Fraudulent detected
Eastman credit union is very quick at detecting fraudulent activity on your credit or debit card. I’m glad they stay on top of it; otherwise, my money could have been stolen.

App won’t load called Eastman and they said it was a phone issue
Bad notifications
App shows vague notifications and won’t let you click on them. They have no information. Who at ECU thought these were a good idea ?

I’ve banked at ECU for many years. I’ve banked at others in the past but there’s no comparison to Eastman.
App not working after recent update
After the recent app update my ECU app is no longer working. It’s does my Face ID check twice this it just gets stuck on “Please Wait” I have deleted the app then reinstalled the app and is still not displaying my account. Horrible update!!!!
It’s with me all the time.
It is nice to know what I have all the time. And if there’s any problems, I can always call you guys and always do a great job and helping me out. Thank you!
