Does not work, constantly crashes
As soon as the information put in the app username, APO etc the app crashes
Still works, even on a 12X max
Amazing app that helps keep us informed of our sales no matter where we are. When transferring from a 10x to a 12x the App would not open, however after deleting the app, redownloading it and adding back in the API token etc the App worked again. Thanks so much!

Crash when opening the app on IPhone 11 Pro
The app had been working great until I got a new iPhone 11 Pro. It now doesn’t load at all.
I paid twice for this app, for the first and second version and now it doesn’t seem to be supported any longer.

Constantly crashing. EDD itself is great, but this app is destroying the experience. Common guys, take some time to fix it. Just make it a bit more stable!
OK, but inaccurate
This app is nicely presented, but not very useful in practice. I wanted to use it to access sales figures from my phone. However, the wrong currency symbol is shown (the income figures are in USD, my store currency, but the symbol is for GBP is wrongly appearing - presumably because I'm in the UK).
Also, there are no options to exclude tax from the income figures, or to filter for different dates.
This means that you can use the app to see how many sales you've had, but unfortunately not how much you've earned. You would need to log into the WordPress admin for that, which defeats the purpose of the app!
I hope the developer improves it in future, as it has the potential to be invaluable to store owners.

This app was sorely in need of an update but now having upgraded to an iPhone X the app no longer functions. How about an update fellas?

I purchased this app so that I could manage my EDD store on the go.
However, there are several key problems:
- Hugely crippled functionality
- Bugs that consistently cause the app to crash, making certain actions impossible e.g. seeing the stats for the very product you are selling...
- Very unclear presentation of sales data e.g. sales are displayed as a scrollable list that simply displays price and time... no customer data to quickly view
For an official app, this is unacceptable. What’s even worse is that you have to pay a large amount of money for it.
EDD - I have invested a lot of money in your tools and plugins but this has completely ruined my perception of your competence. I am now ready to migrate to a different E-commerce platform.

Useful summary of sales activity
Great to see an app for EDD and with an Apple Watch component too. It shows a useful summary of sales and a bit of detail to check who is buying what, including the discount code used.
The app crashed when accessing products that don't have a download file attached to them e.g. supporting services but we may be unusual in having these and otherwise it seems stable.
In summary, a good start and certainly useful as far as it goes. Hoping for more functionality over time.

Can't add sites
I have multiple sites with EDD, none of them work using the iOS one click method. You charge 6.99 for this, it should work 100%
Limited to basic overview
EDD is fantastic and I'm sure this app will improve. As it stands it basically just shows number, date, amount, product and email of customer. You can't drill down and see such info as the customers path through the site. It's no way near as much info as you can get from just logging into your site and looking at the EDD payment history etc. I was assuming that for $7 the app would give equal data as I could get logging in to my EDD area. App will be great when more data can be accessed. Please let us drill down more. Thanks
