Needs improvement

Works for what it’s supposed to do but I have to restart the app when clocking back in from lunch or going to lunch or anytime I need to reopen the app; it needs to be force restarted because it just hangs on a black black screen. Could use additional features as well like the who’s in feature on mobile.

Don’t use this app

I’m an employee who clocks in with the app everyday and it’s so slow and half the time it doesn’t even save my times I have to get my time card fixed once a week I'm at work rn and still haven’t clocked in because the app won’t save it

Convenient

While this app is convenient to use, it loses its convenience due to not being able to review your time punches. It would also be nice to be able to send notes with the punch but mainly I need to review the punches and have to screenshot them so I have them for later.

Steals your clipboard data

Why does this app paste from my clipboard every time I open it? You have no reason to access that for this app to function. Remove that and I’ll change my rating

Password is a secret to everyone???

I just downloaded the app. Used the log in information given by my employer, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to set a password for the app, or someone picked one for me and I have no access to change it. Kinda a dumb app if you have zero way to access your password, to reset it or whatever else you need to do. What happens if you’ve forgotten your password, do you just forgo pay for the week until mysteriously the password problem resolved itself out of the ether? Frustrating start to this app. Poorly designed and thought through.

We’re so sorry to hear you were having trouble logging into the app! To help explain the situation, the mobile app is an extension to the website and acts solely as a clocking tool. All password functionality, along with all other functions outside of clocking in and out, can always be managed from the website when using a browser. The login credentials for the website are the same as the credentials used on the mobile app. Please feel free to contact us with any further questions or concerns.

Good app

The only thing I can say is that it would be nice if you could view your time card and add notes from the app.

Works as it should would only change one thing.

It works as it should only complaint is that it doesn’t save my login info so I have to type it in every time it want to clock in and out.

Thank you for the rating. The ETC app should remember your Company Login and Username after successfully logging in at least once. You may want to contact Apple to see if there is a setting that might affect an app’s ability to remember login information. Bad version

The old version was better by choosing the jobs and show its in lunch time and both doesn’t have finger or face login

Horrible.

I am able to log in, but it won't allow me to punch in or out for my work shift. Gives me the error message "Alert: There was a problem retrieving your location". I end up just logging into the website thru safari.

Sorry to hear you had issue with the GPS functionality! We have been working hard this year to get a major update pushed out that improves the GPS accuracy.
