Last update broke ApplePay functionality
So generally a good app but since the last update ApplePay has stopped working. It lets me process right up to double clicking then flashes up a message saying that it is not available in this app
Affordable, lovely staff
I’ve been staying at easy Hotel for quite long time. Amazing staff, affordable hotel, rooms always nice and comfortable 😊
Cruel rules
Booked a room and quickly realised I had wrong day and admittedly silly me but Immidietly tried to change and there is Absolutely nothing eqsyrooms will do to even try or offer something to help in a world full of financial difficulty. I find it very cruel indeed.

Where do I start. Firstly for some reason the App is using a email address I dont recognise when sending me a confirmation email when I try to amend the email address it won’t let me. I applied the app 20 discount code but was still charged the full price. The money for the booking was taken out of my account, but the account number that appears on the confirmation page is different. This app does not inspire confidence and I will certainly think twice before using it instead of Booking.com..
I have since had contact from EasyHotel who apologised for the mishap and are willing to honour my missed rate. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

The user interface and design is easy to use

Brilliant luxurious sleep
The app is a dump!
I selected my check in date and in the payment it just pushed me back to today! How absurd! Stop sueing other companies with Easy names and just get the app working for god's sake!!
Terrible
Impossible to use app. Cannot complete logout as guest or create an account to complete a booking. You insert all your details and then cannot progress from there, utterly useless.
Check in
I tired to check in through but app doesn’t support. Doesn’t go through after i have done all details filled. Disgusting And frustrating.
Cannot login
Cannot login - just get a message of “something went wrong”. Login works ok on a browser, so not an account/password issue. Even tried creating a new user for a different email address via the app and get a message saying “GraphQL error: Failed to create user”. Useless.

Tries to charge even though already paid and over the top check in authorisation
Tried to charge again for the room even though I paid at the point of booking.
You need the second persons Id and details which makes is impossible to check in properly.

This app needs so much improvement. Search Manchester and it comes up Sofia.Just gave up and booked else where.
Better availability if use indirect
The app is a bit clunky, but the most frustrating thing is that other third party website like booking have availability when the app doesn’t. The app just shows fully booked for months. Why would I use the app?
