Sooo thankful for this app as it helped me in less than a minute to pay! Far easier than going to the European Union website
no connection in spite of authorization
see above. numerous tries no codes just cannot connect due to fraud suspected
No translation option
This doesn’t have a translation option. I’m from USA and received a parking ticket but this app won’t let me see it in English. Only Italian
Adding a card?
Tried to add an N26 card twice and it made me verify each time and returned a successful card added message but card does not show up on my account. I have to reenter card details for every payment
Does not work for speeding fines
Wasted time and effort in filling all the information up. Only works for those fines that show the Easypol logo on the document. Seems to be Rome centric.

Our app works not only for fines with the Easypol logo, but also for all fines payable via PagoPA notice, which therefore contain a QR code or a notice code.
