Really bad communication
I need to pay an Italian company from the UK. I downloaded the app yesterday. I tried to create an account but the sms the verification never arrived. I tried and waited multiple times. Wrote an email, they never got back to me. Really annoying.

Too slow to be useful
Takes far too long to add money to the account, days after my bank shows it as being taken. Looks vaguely useful as an app in theory, but too much hassle in reality. Maybe also why many shops locally have stopped accepting it?

Too late to do things
4 days and still my money is not transferred, i missed my bill due because of this useless app, even their assistance takes one day to respond!!
