Horrible Quality, Horrible Service - Use Another App
The photo quality is very bad. Contacted customer service and they blamed me and my pictures. Had the pictures done through another company and they look great. The frames feel cheap, not glass. Stay away, use another app.

I love the tiles and I order them as often as I can afford to since they are rather pricey. It would be nice or something to make customers feel appreciated if there was some kind of a rewards system for the amount of tiles or money that a customer spends; to add up to free items or % off items…. It’s a suggestion and would be a great quality addition for your business and an added incentive for your customers ♥️

Great Customer Service
I ordered 4 tiles for my Aunt and Uncle for Christmas. Tracking for the tiles said delivered-but my Uncle said they never got them. I messaged customer service, and told them we never got them. They got back to me so quick and resent the tiles. Amazing customer service, and the tiles were absolutely beautiful. Will definitely be ordering more!

Cannot Select
So I wanted to reprint a couple of tiles from the last tile order I made and the app doesn’t have that option. I had to reprint ALL 6 tiles in the previous order. I think your app developer should be able to easily add this option.

My dentist’s office has a gallery wall that I have always admired. I asked which brand as I wanted to order tiles for a BD gift. The turnaround time was great, as was the quality of the prints that I received. I ordered the high gloss. I emailed the company a question after I received my order. My question was quickly answered with a personal, professional and polite reply. This company is terrific!! I will be ordering more tiles soon.

Not as good as I hoped
I really like the idea of these photo tiles, but after being up less than a week on our wall, 5 of my 12 tiles have fallen and therefore dented corners. I even cleaned the surface with alcohol pads before. I think buying a stronger mounting product that holds weight will do the trick. There are removable adhesives that I’ve had much better experience using. It’s the “3m Command brand, damage free hanging” strips. I recommend using these instead to prevent damaging your photos and/or scaring the crap out of whoever happens to be in the room when it falls.

Very beautifully done. Loved it . I would have given 5 stars but the glue in the back doesn’t stick properly. Tiles falls off from the wall frequently. I had to buy a sticker glue tape from Amazon to stick them perfectly. I wish that can be fixed .
