Scam App
This app and website are a scam. I made a reservation for an exclusive restaurant and found out once in there they only use open table and had no reservation for my wife and I. When I showed them the reservation they took pitty and made a spot for us. Don’t use this app. It’s a Scam to harvest your data and it’s not legit and had no actual clients.

This app is trash. Made reservations and then changed time zones and now my reservation is cancelled
Glitchy
Downloaded app tried to import reservation. ID not found. Restaurant not found in search. When creating profile and selecting area the search is not in alphabetical order. Useless so far.
Half-baked
The app wants to revert to Arabic, which I cannot read, and thinks my phone number is Canadian, when it’s a US area code. Needs work, at least for US-based restaurants.
Title screen stuck loading
I just can’t use the app since the open screen is stuck loading indefinitely. I even tried deleting it and redownloading but that didnt help

i made a restaurant reservation that uses the Eat app. thus, i downloaded the app and it just loads forever. i deleted and re-downloaded but the same issue persists. this was apparent on both an iphone and ipad, so i believe the app itself doesn't work.
Doesn’t Work for Me
I made a reservation from a restaurant’s website that used Eat and it worked fine, but then I needed to edit my reservation. I tried to get the Eat app on my iPhone 16 using a link I was sent in the reservation confirmation text, but it wouldn’t download. I deleted the app and tried to download it again. It never worked. I searched it up in the Apple Store, but no luck. 🫤

I’ve deleted and downloaded the app twice. I’ve restarted my phone. I’m up to date. Every time I open the app I see the “eat” logo and a spinning wheel. Nothing ever comes up. I’m trying to reschedule a reservation via the web but it keeps redirecting me to the App Store. Very frustrating.

This company is a scam. Once you register with them , there is no way to cancel. This guy called Yat Kit (Jackie) Qin keeps on asking to go on a zoom call to see what can be done and says need 60 days before cancelling when I have been contacting for half a year. I am having to result in doing chargebacks on my credit card. DO NOT DOWNLOAD , do not use

There’s not a United States or North America option for my region

My choice of restaurant, here in Stafford UK, invited me to download this app to manage my booking. Can’t set up an account because list of countries stops at Sri Lanka so no option for UK or USA or anything late in the alphabet
Stuck with Arabic
Language setting stuck in Arabic and I cannot select region other than Canada and cannot change password.
