I really enjoyed this
Going into this I was like ughh I don’t know. I’m so Glad I at least tried and I enjoyed everything, and all the emotions I went through. I feel like a new person being able to recognize certain triggers and getting through them from my experience with this app.

i'm sorry but anything that charges twenty five pounds a month let alone the fact that health should be free is not worth it. you get a week free trial but they will pull you in for sure. that is just too expensive. as much as i loved the hunger habit book by dr.jud, there is a limit.
Password Reset Does Nit Work
As a subscriber, I did a password reset multiple times and still no email. I have emailed Support, I have DM’d Sharecare on Insta and sent a request online. This is a dying app that is clearly not supported and the few people like me still have subscriptions are not helped out

A Surprise
When charting my weight recently I was surprised to see that I had lost 40 pounds in my three years in Eat Right Now.
I used the app and tools and journal, but didn’t diet. Maybe people will think that this is not much weight, but I know I will never gain it back and I know I will keep losing weight.

The best module was the last one
The riding the urge was the most on point one. It should be the first one the middle one and the last time one. It is after all the entire point of this program. How to make it through? Is it real? It feels real! How can I make it through? I could have used this one when I first started. But I am here now and this one I listened to and I would save it to re hear many times If I knew how. I love this app. I really do. Thank you!

Eating not always just a habit
I did ERN for 2 years and I didn’t lose a single pound. I did everything and totally bought into the idea that eating was a habit. I think it is too simplistic for such a complex problem. I lost a lot of time doing this program. It did however help with simpler everyday habits.

Not For Weight Gain :( Only Weight Loss
I’m a little disappointed with this app as I was recommended this through my insurance company. Losing weight is not the only issue people have with food. There is a large community of people with eating disorders that WANT to eat, and are having trouble, and I was hoping this addressed both spectrums of the problem. :\

Amazing weight loss tool and equally effective meditation app
This program is the best I’ve ever tried for weight loss. It’s effective, and I feel better about myself than I have ever felt using another app or program. It’s strengthened my meditation practice, and I feel the effects in other habits throughout my life because mindfulness doesn’t only apply to eating and this app encourages you to look at all of your habits and patterns. It’s really wonderful. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Brilliant
I’m on day 10 and I feel like my entire attitude is shifting, not just towards weightloss but the little bits of mindfulness through out the day are so impactful. I love the app. I LOVE the tools on it, so so helpful! So much more than just a weightloss app
Annoying, lessons don't play
I need to open the website on the computer to play most of the lessons - the player just stays black and buttons are unresponsive. The further I progressed in lessons, the more often it happened and beyond lesson 22 I don't think anything plays. Meditations and recorded materials stop playing when the display turns off automatically and it's not allowing to play them with screen locked.
I really like Eat Right Now program but this app needs to be corrected.

SO helpful
I have gained and lost 50+ pounds twice now, and trying to lose for the 3rd time. This app has been more helpful than anything I’ve done - successful and unsuccessful - to lose weight and more importantly, become happy and in control of my eating habits. Right combination of science and down to earth analogies to keep it fun and actionable. Could not recommend enough!!!

Distracting animations and background noises, toddler style
The book, The Hunger Habit, is incredibly informative, but the intrusive toddler animations and sounds that clatter while Dr. Brewer is speaking continue throughout the core modules and are so distracting, it interferes with my concentration. This would be vastly improved if there was an option for listening to the voice only without background noise. Fortunately the theme week modules have no distractions. The zoom meetings were forensic when Dr. Brewer was involved and were helpful understand how to use the program effectively. Now the meetings are much more like WW meetings, supportive but not insightful in the same way. As long as Jacqui is still involved, they still have value to me.

Buyer beware… Subscription Scam
I subscribed to the premium version of this app (annual membership) using Apple Pay. 6 months before my subscription ended the app stopped recognizing my premium subscription. I tried sending a support request and was told that they can’t do anything on their end and that I needed to hunt for a “restore purchases” link in the app. The person providing support could not tell me where in the app this link was. I am familiar I with “restore purchases” concept and have searched the app’s menus with no success. If you don’t mind losing your money, I recommend this app.

I am learning about MY body
I can’t believe but I am actually figuring out how MY mind works and how it’s tied to my body. Not only in regards to food but throughout my life!! I can relate to the examples throughout the program when I thought I was the only one who would starve oneself all day and then make bad choices from 5:30-10:30. It was affecting my sleep and then I would punish my self the next day by repeating the loop. It was not working and I would just continue as I didn’t know any better! I was mean to myself and continue the punishment. This program has taught me true self love and understanding how my mind and body are connected. I have lost weight but not by counting calories, not starving myself, not restricting myself to only eating certain foods. I have lost the weight by implementing mindful habits not only when I’m eating but throughout the day. Most important being kind to myself! thank you so much! Now 55 and I have been on this roller coaster for my entire life and now I feel free and empowered. Thank you again.

Remarkable
I spent a lifetime and a good deal of willpower dieting. Inevitably I had to look for a next move. I’ve been doing Eat Right Now for close to three years. I eat reasonably, enjoy my food , am not hungry and maintain almost all the weight I lost initially on this program. An added bonus, as I found out on a visit to a cardiologist, I eat healthily without giving it a thought. Need I say more.

Wonderful program but a lot to do
Probably should not have tried to start this program with so many other areas of my life being so intense and keeping me so busy. I am repeating the first four weeks because it was just too much to absorb the first time through, and I am still struggling to incorporate the techniques into my life.
