Malísima experiencia roba dinero, he intentado cancelar una suscripción que ni tengo idea como llegue a obtenerla y mes a mes cobrándome mensualidad, huye si estás a tiempo. Ni entres a esta app
Not good customer service not good policy
I reached out to them very refund, every time they’re telling me to turn off the subscription very unprofessional service. The app is not use not recommended
Not really keto
This was a waste. I am getting meal with a lot of carbs. This is not worth it. They don’t give you a meal plan but a recipe list online. Be careful.
Glitches
Application seems to be off. Every time I take a picture of the food it doesn’t seem to laid the calories the fat or cholesterol correctly. I
Offer booked online
I filled in a questionnaire on Instagram and took the offer up of a 12 week subscription for £21.99. I downloaded the app and I keep being asked to sign up. My payment has already been taken so I am unable to access what I subscribed to without signing up again. I can’t get in touch with anyone to help

Take subscription even when you cancel, far too limited on free version and basic version
Recipes are weak
The app keeps giving dinner dishes for breakfast. The recipes overall are not appetizing or healthy. Many have a high fat percentage. I tried to add outside recipes but the app just zoomed in so far that you couldn’t see anything. Waste of money.
Scam
There is no value added features. There are no customised meal plans. It’s just a lure to buy the app which has a inventory of recipes which are available on the internet anyway
False advertising
This app is horrible. None of the features work as advertised. The recipes do not look appetizing and are all expensive to make. No one will be saving money on this app. The grocery list feature is extremely glitchy and unorganized. The subscription is expensive for half working features and a mediocre ai running the app. This is the worst fitness app i have ever used and i am sad i even spent money on it.

I did not purchase this app and it has taken NZ$75 out of my account. I can’t even open the app and have tried contacting the three emails sent no reply so much for responsive 24 hours very very scammy
Do NOT USE THIS!
They falsely advertised as keto diet but the menus are not keto. Then they took $80.00 out of my account without my permission, and never replied to my email! Daylight robbery from Dubai!
Impossible to cancel
I have been trying to cancel this subscription for mo this and they continue to take my money. I had to cancel my credit card to stop the payments. Totally unacceptable and frustrating! Don’t waste your money or time.

Sorry but this is really scary. So many people write on App Store that you are scamming them . How do you expect to make a success out of that?

I paid for a meal / review and didn’t receive anything. I have emailed 3 times but no one has replied- be careful as I’ve lost this money
