Dealer app doesn’t work

I work at a bike shop and have attempted to use this Dealer app as intended to diagnose and remedy an Cannondale Mahle iWoc bicycle that we sold. This has never worked and there is no support to back it up. Just thought the developer(s) would like to know some honest feedback in order to improve the app’s performance. Specifically, once logged in and paired to the ebike, the diagnostic and status logs don’t load.
