Text too small & light

The app doesn’t work if you are even able to read anything. The text is way too light and the font is extremely small. Not at all user friendly but their website is not much better. The find a provider tab doesn’t work.

When you tap on claims page goes blank. Tried with other people in group all have same problem.

Login to only find out there is no mobile platform? Makes you question the entire organizational ability.

Over 2 years and you guys still Only have a login page? That is pathetic!
FYI - you Login and a page pops up saying they are working hard to make this app a great experience........and that is it....... NO other pages... Heck it doesn’t even tell you if you logged in correctly..... Lame
