App worked once, and then shows a white screen. I’ll change my review if they ever fix this.
Terrible App
Can’t even open up.
This app functions so poorly and is so frustrating to use.
You’ll be better off calling into member services so they can tell you did you check your benefits online LOL
App doesnt work
Every time I open the app, it either sits on a white blank page or to ask me for my email and phone number and to set my notification preferences and then tells me it can’t complete the task and there has been an error
You get what you pay for, not true.
For the amount of money this insurance company makes you would expect a premium app. This app is complete garbage. It never works.
Take the money way work to pay you with and hire someone who knows what they are doing. Shame on you!
