Terrible App
Can’t even open up.
This app functions so poorly and is so frustrating to use.
You’ll be better off calling into member services so they can tell you did you check your benefits online LOL

Every time I open the app, it either sits on a white blank page or to ask me for my email and phone number and to set my notification preferences and then tells me it can’t complete the task and there has been an error
You get what you pay for, not true.
For the amount of money this insurance company makes you would expect a premium app. This app is complete garbage. It never works.
Take the money way work to pay you with and hire someone who knows what they are doing. Shame on you!

The worst app to use especially when looking for a doctor
The app works when it wants to sometimes it opens sometimes it doesnt, insanely impossible to find what youre looking for

Not loading anymore
This app used to work great. But these last couple of months or so it won’t ever load past the login screen. Not sure how to let them know. And yes I deleted the app and reinstalled it and it didn’t help.

My paycheck literally gets cut in half for insurance. And now I can’t even access my benefits because the app never loads. Total scam of a provider.

App never works to upload for nothing, never wants to cover basic lab work I can’t imagine something serious like why am I paying insurance 3 yrs with them thru my employer and they’ve denied every single claim deeming it *Not necessary*
Won’t give you any provider options
I’ve been trying to find a provider for my 3 year old son but neither the app or the website work.
When I click on find provider it shows an error page.

Fix App ASAP
Horrible app, doesn’t load a majority of the time. Then when it does it doesn’t load in app function.
Total Fail
So I tried to load on my iPhone and iPad , first issue can’t sign on either device,crashes at face logon screen. In addition when you sign up for account it ask to use email or user name. It will only take email address. Won’t. 3rd issue on iPad won’t allow landscape view.

I have nonprofessional login in online, but everyone I try to login using the app, it kicks me out back to the login page.

Worst Insurance I’ve had
Super high co-pays, very limited acceptance by any healthcare facility, HDHP plan is a scam. Employer Pays $700+ monthly i pay $100+ monthly and doesn’t even cover simple lab work lol.
If your employer provides this as their option. Do yourself a favor and decline it, youre better off researching your own insurance

App literally never works
App is always stuck on loading screen no matter what network I’m on or how fast the internet is ever since updating to iOS 18. Cannot do or see anything in the app, so it’s basically useless at this point.
