You have to load this then ring customer service with a code and then pair with you phone all to get online banking. Quite simply the worst banking ap I’ve ever seen
EBS need major improvement
It’s 2022 and still need to be on hold for hours to sort out the verification procedure. EBS, a solution for you - have everything in one app and stop wasting peoples time having them call and be on hold for hours to verify the phone number. Verify with an email message or direct message to said phone number! Come on guys up your game! I’ve wasted so much time and money calling from overseas to try get the number verified. And still, the matter has not been solved! 🤷🏻♂️

what a ridiculous app
I have tried for over a week to have my US tel# accepted in the app. Called Ebs support was in hold for 1 1/2 hours. was told it was sorted and again tel number not accepted. This shouldn't be this difficult

Tends to be very slow when it works and mostly doesn’t work at all.
Don’t understand why this couldn’t have been combined with the other EBS app, not particularly well thought through. Just make a bank app that does all, stop wasting phone space.
