App Wouldn’t Allow Me to Verify Account Created With My Phone Number
I downloaded the new app as instructed. Every time I tried to make a new account, I got stuck on the “verification” page. There were no options to verify my identity even though I had provided both my phone number and email address. I tried using the website instead of the app and had the same problems. I’m writing a negative review because I cannot find support for the app even within the app. The “support” button takes you to a list of each state’s SNAP page. Nothing that is actually app support. I don’t know if this is a good app or not, it will not let me use it.

Login loop
This app won't let me log into an account that I already have, because my contact methods are already in use. I feel as though that's obvious, I have an account and want to use it in this app but it won't let me move past that login step. So annoying!
greedy and lazy
The app doesnt adjust for my screen size on iPhone SE. I am literally incapable of using the app fully (reading text, buttons at the bottom) Considering the userbase for your app, it is truly pathetic that “budget” screen aspect ratios were not considered. Like What?! did you seriously just want to replace your old contract with this rushed ai slop filled with badly disguised advertising contracts?‽‽‽ Am I taking my anger out through this review? Yes. I like the simplicity of the old app :(
This one is way too new age like why does it have so many things in it, so many different pop up’s I loved the simple app before this one please bring back the old one 😭😭😭 this one dosent show what the pending benifits are , like my childcare payment and other payment I receive every month. I used the old app for tracking everything and this one is so confusing… too many things going on. Can we just get the old one back this sucks

It had so much potential but failed miserably
It had so much potential and they just slapped it that the first time I got into it it asked so much information about me and the app doesn’t tell you anything about your purchase history or your balance till almost 2 days after it gets deposited. This new update just made it 3 times more unlikable.

Kinda frustrating process.
Took me 3 days just to create an account because it kept telling me my case number was wrong. Finally was able to create the account. App seems simple enough.
Can’t access account
Upon opening the old app, my ebt account was gone. So I download this app and although it seems to recognize that I have an account, (because it won’t let me make a new one, contact in use) I can’t log in despite correct credentials. The app will flash, “failed to create card holder and card.” Emailing got no response.

I just updated to the new version and it’s just alright.. it doesn’t show you your pending transactions the old app would show you the night before so you can view your benefits this new version doesn’t do that unfortunately. You can still block out of state transactions and online transactions so we’ll see if next month it shows pending benefits might change my review then

why would u allow Walmart ads for EBT app.. pretty weird. And also the transition from the old app to the new one was bad.

Doesn’t work, checked if country is part of it. It is. Yet can’t sign in, unable to receive code for verification. Need fixing.

I can’t even create my account. Everytime I go to make one and have them send me a verification code via phone number or email it ALWAYS says “unknown error” sooo????? It’s unusable .
No deposit tracking
I don’t like this version it has a bunch of ads and doesn’t show deposits anywhere. My benefits show up at a different day each month and now I have no clue when they’ll arrive due to deposit tracking no longer being available.
Data Mining App
The app is used for data mining. More personal information is requested for an account than legally required or advisable. TOS allows developer to share your information with third parties, such as Walmart. If you value your privacy and dislike data brokers, don’t get this app.
Stop using AI
stop using AI it looks so busted. How hard is it to find stock photos of groceries in brown paper bags, and a basket full of food c’mon now.
