The facial scan biometrics don’t work I keep getting error codes every time, other than that it’s a decent app.

Not user friendly
The main thing I used the app for was freezing/unfreezing my card. Now I can’t find how to freeze it. Please just put a button on the top of the page, and allow names of each card to show up. Thank you.
Apps for devices!
I am pleased with this new update for EBTEDGE. But big problem two devices, IPad and iPhone. First is my iPad which is working fine and easy setup. Second is my iPhone which is not working properly due couldn’t login because of (balances, purchase and etc) was covered over the sign in that was not able to do. This need fixed now

Still shows the amount I received but no longer shows when the payment took place. I switched to using my browser to log in.
Fix your app
I have had the same 5 digit security code since making my account and today this app randomly would not accept my code and blocked my account. Luckily the old app still works for me so I was able to access my card info but what a mess

Original app wasn’t working. So I downloaded the new version. And it said it doesn’t work for my state right now. So I guess I’ll just wait for the new new version.

This new app will not let me verify, when I put in verification code it says “contact is already in use” well duhhh I’m trying to sign in. Fix it please!!
Stop complaining
People just love to complain. Imagine getting free benefits and the government hires a company to create a tool to easily manage and monitor that benefit and you still wanna complain?

Nice Upgrade Over Website
At first I wasn’t sure if this app was legit because did not have very many downloads/reviews at the time I downloaded it. It obviously is the official app as I linked to it thru the website.
Our family has several cards and the app makes it so much easier than the old website to be able to see all the balances at once instead of trying to toggle between the accounts. This is such a convenient upgrade!!!
It was also convenient because I didn’t have to add any accounts. It was extremely seamless and feels very secure.

First off, it’s similar to propel with the ads. However, I dislike the things below about this app..
it doesn’t show pending transactions, it won’t allow you to block out of state purchases, and the login was harder than it should have been-multiple steps when it should’ve just allowed me to use my previous login credentials for the old app. Please look into adding pending transactions, a dark mode option, and blocking out of state purchasing option. I will use the old app until this one gets the kinks worked out. It has potential, just not ideal.

I like the old one so much better!
I do not like this version at all!!! the old version would tell you the night before the amount pending, which I know is the same thing every month unless your income changes, but I could look in the app the night before, and it would say pending benefits and have the amount that was going on the next morning and that would tell me that everything was good and my benefits would be there. This app here does not tell you pending benefits and under transactions it does not even show you where they were added. And I also do not like that. The message section cannot be deleted so when there’s messages put on there, you have no way to remove them.. I do not care to try to sign up for Medicare because I’m not old enough and I do not care to sign up for the Walmart thing and there’s no way to remove it.

New EBT app
Efficient for account balance and transaction history. Love the new interface with the ability to look for jobs. All in one app. Also has extra benefits like access and/or opportunity to access any surrounding community resources. Thank you app developers.
no pin reset option
i should’ve just stuck to propel but i wanted to see how the app was. first off when i tried to log in it told me my password was wrong when it wasn’t so then it locked me out and blocked my card. i was literally getting groceries and this happened at the cash register. and also i forgot i even made a pin to this thing and they don’t have a pin rest option in the app so now i have to wait until monday to call for them to reset it. i literally had to leave the store with no groceries. 🤦♀️

Can’t Login
So it says on the old EBT app that after August 25th card won’t be managed on the old app. Downloaded new app and just 3 pages of info with nowhere to login. How am I suppose to use the new app if I can’t login. The old app was just fine. Quit updating things if they aren’t gonna work. Fix the issue if not being able to login

Old app worked much better. This app is a piece of junk. They should throw this one away and bring back the old one that worked! There’s nowhere to login on the new app. It’s like watching a commercial.
