The app doesn’t work as designed and everyone at our stables is so frustrated with the app… not user friendly
Great concept but app is glitchy
The app stalls on the Home Screen repeatedly. Despite being uninstalled and reinstalled it continues to lock up on the opening image and go no further. Please look into fixing this glitch.
Poor user experience
As a software engineer, it’s clear that this app has a lot of flaws. Obviously not enough usability testing has been done. Navigation is extremely clunky when looking for available lessons. You also can’t see when a note has successfully been added to a booking so you can’t tell if your note has been added properly.
App needs a lot of improvement especially since it’s so widely used by barns in the UK.
Unfortunately it looks like low standards and/or lack of knowledge in the software engineering process have led to a poor quality app and user experience.

Poor login experience
Huge reset password button at point of login gives a bad experience by showing enter email and a big button saving reset password.
