Great to see shoes but…
Whilst looking for shoes, that feature worked but completing an order was near impossible, so had to use the website instead…also edits added to the website version were not synching to the app…
TERRIBLE customer service for Returns
They simply DON’T listen — they DON’T have a phone for you to explain your situation.

I shot 4 simple emails explaining what happened — Basically I paid extra money cause I didn’t notice that there was a policy of discounting from the credit we had — they kept repeating it wasn’t their fault and they won’t fix anything.
I simply HATE it and I DO NOT recommend to anyone.

Love the shoes AND the App
Easy to navigate and find the styles I want in my size. And the shoes come quickly, too.
Ok but
The App is ok but could do with quick search bar items rather than scrolling down each item. For instance, make one selection of the same shoe and color in one place rather than scrolling through the catalogue to find a different color of the same shoe size you want. Got 15 percent on my first App purchases so I’m good.

Why
Why are all the shoe sizes listed in American sizes? I have never bought a pair of ECCO’s in an American size so WTH! I have the app but will not use it until someone answers this question for me.
Not connected with my purchases
The app is a totally different account than the online one so I can see all my previous purchases. How do I merge them?
Pain
Total glitchy app could not get the promo code after I downloaded the app. Got bent and didn’t even end up buying the shoes I wanted. Their promos never work.
