The app is useful and makes it convenient to buy credit anytime, any day. However, one of its biggest drawbacks is how difficult it is to manage a mobile money (MoMo) wallet.
If you change your phone, you can’t simply add your existing MoMo wallet to the new device. Instead, you first have to remove it from the old phone before you can register it again. But what happens if your old phone is lost, stolen, or damaged? There isn’t even an OTP or any other verification option to confirm that you’re the rightful owner of the wallet.
I recently had to visit your office, and all I was given was a phone number to call so my wallet could be removed because the system claimed it had already been added elsewhere—even though I still had my phone with me. This process is unnecessarily frustrating.
Why make it so difficult for customers who simply want to buy credit? Please consider improving the app by following the example of GWC. Their app is much easier to use, and customers can contact support directly through the app to resolve issues quickly without all the unnecessary back and forth.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve the user experience.

Poor service and even poorer customer care
They will debit your money and tell you to wait for 5 hours . Don’t bother calling CC they literally decline your call. And they do this intentionally

Sometimes the credit does not load authentically. You have to manually load it which is hectic

Please improve by enabling usyo check our remaining money balance on the meter without checking from the meter
