About
ECG School teaches ECG interpretation the way it is actually learnt: by looking at many traces, measuring for yourself and making decisions in realistic cases.
CHOOSE YOUR LEVEL
• Layperson – understand what the trace shows, recognise dangerous signs and know what to do in a heart attack or cardiac arrest. No prior knowledge needed.
• Nurse – systematic interpretation from electrode placement to STEMI equivalents, bradycardias, tachycardias, electrolytes and prehospital management. 11 lessons and 12 cases.
• Physician – vectors and fascicular blocks, differentiating narrow and wide tachycardias (Brugada, Vereckei), subtle occlusion (aVL, Smith's formula, the aneurysm rule), Sgarbossa/Smith, pacemaker malfunction, channelopathies, QT correction and ladder diagrams for difficult rhythms. 7 lessons and 9 cases.
HOW IT WORKS
• Every trace is drawn by an ECG engine at 25 mm/s and 10 mm/mV – each pattern is clean and measurable.
• Calipers under every trace: measure time, rate and amplitude with two taps.
• Interactive graphics: the conduction system phase by phase, electrical axis and injury vector with sliders, coronary arteries and lead territories, an annotated heartbeat, ladder diagrams (laddergrams).
• Deep dives explain why: ion channels, vectors, why LBBB gives discordant ST-T, why inferior infarction causes AV block.
• A quiz after every lesson and patient cases with multi-step decisions. Progress is saved on the device.
• Glossary with 77 terms and a quick reference for each level.
• Works fully offline. No accounts, no ads, no data collection.
