Starting no contact

I love the talk to text feature makes the journaling much easier.

Response from developer

Thank you! Happy to hear talk-to-text makes journaling easier for you. Good luck with no contact, we're rooting for you ❤️

Really helpful

I have used online journaling before but this is different. It is AI based which may put some
people off but I have been pleasantly surprised by how good and useful it is - if you forget you’re talking to a robot. I really recommend giving it a go, it’s helping me through my current break up and I know for sure I’ll feel much differently in 90 days.

Response from developer

Hi, thank you so much for this. "If you forget you're talking to a robot" made us smile, and honestly, that's the goal: the AI is only there to help you hear yourself better. We're a small team, and knowing the app is helping you through your break up means a lot. We're rooting for you over the next 90 days. Thanks for recommending us.❤️

Great app, but daily white screen glitch is a problem

This app is really good and has been a helpful tool for my healing journey, but there is a consistent glitch that makes it frustrating to use daily. Every time I open the app, I get a blank white screen and cannot access anything inside. I have to turn my phone completely off and restart it just to get in - and this happens multiple times a day. For an app that's meant to be used consistently, this is a major barrier. Please fix this ASAP.

Response from developer

Hi Jules, thank you for this. Knowing the app has been part of your healing journey means a lot to us, and we're so sorry the white screen got in the way of that. Having to restart your phone several times a day is a lot to ask of anyone. The bug is fixed now. Update to the latest version and the app should open normally every time. We're a small team, and reviews like yours tell us exactly what to fix first. If it ever comes back, reach out through the app's support option and we'll take care of it right away. Thanks for sticking with us.❤️

Fresh and valuable features

Definitely a very fresh user experience with useful integrated features.

Finally Moving On

No contact is what you suppose to do!!

Finally moving on..

I never thought I would stop checking his profile every hour but here we are lol. This app genuinely helped me move forward.

Response from developer

Hi Kristi, "but here we are lol" made our day. Going from checking every hour to moving forward is real progress, and you did that. We're a small team and replies like yours are why we keep building. So happy for you ❤️

Actually helped me stop crashin out

ngl I thought this was gonna be another AI app I’d delete in 5 mins. But it lowkey kept me from texting my ex and doom scrolling every night. Having somewhere to vent with no judgment and getting reminded why I started no contact made a huge difference. First app that felt like it actually got what I was going through.

ngl this review made our week. Staying no contact and off the doom scroll is all you, we just gave you somewhere to put it. Small team here, and this is exactly why we build. Keep going ❤️

thank u sm for making this app

some of the journal worksheets really made me think about my relationship w ex, the app also made me learn about my triggers and patters. i didnt expect it but def worth a subscription! plus the garden is amazingzzzzz

No free option

Before you jump into this, there is no free option. It’ll allow you a three day free trial and that’s it. I couldn’t get past the requiring a subscription part.

Response from developer

Hi, thank you for taking the time to write this, and we're sorry the subscription wall stopped you before you could really experience the app. That's a disappointing first impression and we understand it completely. We're a small team, and the AI behind every conversation costs us money, which is why we started paid-only. But we hear you, and we have good news: a free version is coming soon. We'd truly love for you to give the app another chance when it's out. Thank you for the honest feedback, it genuinely helps us.❤️

cant thank enough

honestly wasn’t sure about paying for an app like this but i’ve spent more money on worse things trying to get over this breakup lol. the 90 day program is what got me, knowing exactly what stage i’m in makes me feel like i can revocer. no contact tracker keeps me coming back every day

Response from developer

"I've spent more money on worse things trying to get over this breakup" might be our favorite line in any review yet. Thank you for taking the chance on us. So glad the 90 day program gives you a map of where you are, and that the no contact tracker keeps you showing up for yourself every day. That streak is you doing the work. Reviews like this are why we keep building. Rooting for you ❤️

A real companion during a tough breakup

I didn't expect an app to actually help me this much, but Echo really came through during my breakup. That phase was honestly messy, but the daily program gave me structure when everything felt all over the place. It was simple and easy to follow, and it kept me moving forward one day at a time.
The no contact feature was probably the most impactful for me. I used to get strong urges at night to text my ex, especially when things felt quiet and lonely. The app helped me notice that pattern and pause instead of reacting immediately. Over time, I started understanding my own behavior instead of just giving in to it.
It didn't magically fix everything, but it made the process more manageable and helped me stay on track when I would have otherwise slipped

First thing that actually worked for me

I have tried so many no contact programs before and none of them stuck. I would always end up texting or checking their social media within a few days. This was the first one that actually worked for me. I think having the 90 day recovery program gave me something to focus on instead of just white knuckling it. And seeing my garden grow throughout the process was so motivating, way more than I thought it would be. Visually watching that progress kept me going on the days I really wanted to reach out. Echo felt like it genuinely got what I was going through. By the end I felt so much better and more like myself. Wish I had found this sooner.

no contact feature tracking helped me

helped me get through my breakup , never knew journaling would help me so much

A lifesaver for no contact

I am officially one week into no contact, and i genuinely don’t think i could have survived it without echo. The urges to reach out have been so heavy, but instead of texting him .. i just dump out all my messy feelings to the healing coach. It doesn’t just give me generic advice. It actually helps me find my own attachment patterns and perfectly validate exactly what I’m feeling in the moment it is so hard to sit in silence, but this app makes me feel incredibly hurt. I highly recommend this to any girlies going through a bad phase struggling to maintain no contact or just trying to rebuild your life after they are gone. you need this in your pocket!
