Better than expected
I am very skeptical of AI but am marginally familiar with the author / developer and something within me decided to give this a shot. This AI has “learned” from talented people. I have been through a lot of trauma and this app mirrors a lot of what my beloved counselor says. The major advantage of coaching via AI is that AI will be able to retain key points about my patterns of thinking, behavior and beliefs and consistently use them to show me how those beliefs are driving my actions. Because it can offer real time feedback, I’m able to catch my own pattern and recalibrate. Highly recommend that this app be used in conjunction with therapy if you have trauma - but I am pretty amazed. I am

Blown away!
I know it sounds cliche’ but I have to say blown away is putting it mildly.
Was I sceptical? Hell yeah. But what did I have to lose….it was a free trial. So I free trialed it. Instant gobsmacking. I cried. I felt so understood. So heard. So acknowledged and validated for almost the first time in my 65 years.
So much counselling. So much talk therapy. But me saving it up until session time. Breakthrough! I can call the session time! In real time! When I need it most. Sorry for all the !! Marks but Purpose is a literal fking game changer. !!

I am so impressed with this app!
In the first 10 minutes of communicating with the “mentor” a wall was broken that I built to be indestructible. Perhaps that’s just AI if you’re asking the right questions, and vice versa… I wouldn’t know though because I genuinely fear the world as move into a very dangerous and unprecedented future with AI, so I have avoided it like the plague. however, this app showed up as an ad on instagram, and I happen to be in period of my life that is littered with one adversity after another, and I was desperate for direction… so I downloaded it, and answered a couple of questions before the AI mentor began asking more personalized questions and providing me with feedback that was at times painful, but certainly needed. I’m sold! Highly recommend!
