Ironic for an app about “guidance” — silence when it matters
The app itself is thoughtfully built n I genuinely liked using it. But an app built around support and mentorship rings hollow when actual support goes hollow. I contacted them multiple times with billing questions-not a single acknowledgment, not even an automated one. If you are going to market “guidance” and “support” as your value proposition, answering your customers isn’t optional, it’s the product. I canceled over it. Try the app if you want, but don’t count on anyone being there if it goes wrong.

Mark is cool. App is a little sloppy
I really like Mark but I’m worried this is a hastily built AI app that kinda sucks. I haven’t even gotten through the onboarding questions and I’m already annoyed. It made me choose my three “values” and I didn’t agree with the options but I had to select 3 to continue. Then the next screen was another “select your top 3 values” with some of the same options and more options. Very rough around the edges. I’m losing trust in the brand/app
