About

Echo creates one complete Strava activity from your equipment data and watch heart rate. It also puts split activities back together — when your watch died mid-run, you accidentally stopped, or you paused too long between sets. When you do a spinning or rowing class, your gym equipment records power, cadence, and speed — while your watch records heart rate. Both end up on Strava as separate, incomplete activities. Your equipment shows fake heart rate data. Your watch is missing power and cadence. Echo fixes this in one tap. And when a single workout ends up as two or three separate activities — because of a gap, a restart, or a device switch — Echo finds the pieces and puts them back together. HOW IT WORKS 1. Work out as normal — gym equipment, watch, or both 2. Open Echo — it finds matching activities and shows what data comes from where 3. Tap to upload — one complete activity on Strava, originals hidden from your feed Your Strava activity now shows real heart rate alongside power, cadence, and speed. Strava computes Relative Effort and Training Load from the actual data. WORKS WITH Gym equipment: • Spinning bikes via Spivi, Technogym, Peloton • Rowing machines via ErgData / Concept2 • Any equipment that syncs via a vendor app Running and outdoor: • Runna, Garmin, COROS, Polar • Any app that records to Strava or Apple Health Heart rate from your watch via Apple Health. PRIVACY All processing happens on your iPhone. Echo sends anonymous usage statistics to help improve the app — no names, no activity data, no health data. No third-party analytics. No ads. Full privacy policy: echo.stephankurz.com/privacy DETAILS • Power, cadence, speed, distance, altitude, GPS, and heart rate • Combines split activities with pause events preserved • Standard FIT files with per-source device attribution • Preserves activity name, type, gear, and description • Hides originals from your Strava feed (optional) • Skips already-uploaded activities Requires a Strava account and iOS 17+.
