Can’t even search for loads. Try to input location to search and the app just crashes. Every time.

Extremely Slow
iPhone 17 pro here. It does not respond to selections, especially location for at least 20-30 seconds after tapping it 100 times. Once you get past the load location search screen, it seems that pretty responsive and it works. But the load search menu needs work. Please update this.

App is really slow on search results. I wish someone could fix this, it would be great if that wasn't the issue
Wrong dates
The results dates are always not consistent with the search dates. Makes it difficult to search for loads certain days.
Love the new dispatcher view!
The new dispatcher view has been a game changer for me! It makes booking freight for my fleet, tracking drivers, and setting load alerts to match my capacity so much easier. Plus being able to do everything from my phone is a huge time-saver. Highly recommend to any dispatchers!

Great app for drivers
If you haul any freight for Echo, this is a great app. You can see all of their available loads, submit bids, etc.

Works well, very convenient. Would recommended to other Dispatchers.
Ever since the update the app virtually does the not work
If you like waiting 30 seconds after each selection of State when you’re trying to book loads then this new version of Echo is the app for you. Echo I hope you didn’t pay someone to make your perfectly running app before basically non functioning app after your update. Please file a lawsuit against whoever programmed this new update.

Not working, crashes immediately after opening ( within 10 seconds). I’ve deleted it and reinstalled but same

This app keeps crashing. Using iPhone 14 Pro Max, two separate devices and happens on both devices. Removed then reinstalled the app but same thing keeps on happening.

Great app- very easy to provide updates on loads and bid on freight.
Freight Train
App is trash. You can only bid once and they don’t notify you if you don’t win. No one has ever won a bid at this company so we don’t know if they notify you if you do win. Must be $1/mi loads. App crashes for no reason. Junk! Stay away!
