Incorrect Chart
Occasionally I’ll open the app and my signs are listed incorrectly in my profile and the readings are off, even though I haven’t made changes to my information. Love the features and concept though, just not useful when chart info is incorrect.
Wrong Chart Pulling In
My rising and moon sign are not accurate so all my readings are off. I love the idea of the app and was excited about it, but not if I’m going to be getting info that isn’t me. I’ve reached out to support via email and the in-app support function and have heard nothing back. Unfortunately I already paid for the annual subscription. They need to refund me the money or fix my chart to be accurate asap.

Pulling wrong chart data
Very disappointing- but I suppose the developers got what they wanted - money vs delivering a solid tested product.
Needs improvement
I enjoyed the app for the first few minutes. The information is inaccurate unfortunately and they charged me multiple times when I wanted to do a deeper reading. I noticed my bday was incorrect when I checked the profile and I would never make that mistake because I know my moons in scoprio and in the start up they mention your moon sign. So now the information going forward has been incorrect. I hope they fix that and the support doesn’t seem to exist…I’m immensely disappointed.
