The app doesn’t work. It keeps crashing. Also it’s saying service not found. Useless now.

Have used this cab company for some time now. I am very happy with the service, have got to know quite a few of the drivers which are friendly and helpful. The only thing is I wish I knew how to delete address that I do not need 🤔
This is a new review, not happy still can not pay by card in the normal way, luckily the driver had a payment card machine which did work.

Crashed
I booked a car as soon I press book it crash anyway when I check if it’s been booked or not nothing shows up then a second later a notification comes up saying car on way not nothing shows up on my bookings so phone then dispatch and been told no car is coming to my house the next thing two cars shows up. Sort u app and don’t lie to customers

Disappointed Download
Crashes after download and set up as soon as you try to open the app it just crashes. Very disappointed. Will try to delete app and re install once………
Poor and crash
Download app submit my information and loads map and crashes so I shall use bounds as there app works fine this app will lose you business Eco cars sort it out and quick I’m not a person to leave app reviews but this has to be said and the device I’m use is an iPhone 12 Pro Max.
The person who gave this 5* was clearly the developer
To say this works would be a lie. Doesn’t let you add card details and doesn’t let you add corporate accounts. Also offers quotes which are WAY above the fare.
