No light bulb option to connect LED bulb
Sync Problem
I tried to sync my Eco smart led lights to this app and it didn’t work at all, very useless.

Horrible, was trying to scan the QR code for 15 minutes and every time it scanned a error popped up saying “scan the QR code. Me and my whole family tried it and had the same problem every time. The instructions made no sense, it stated hit the search bar on the bottom left to find help. No search bar anywhere was found.

I tried to put my LED lights in the pairing mode, but it wouldn’t work. Don’t try this.
Option I wish the app had for the humidifiers
I wish for the humidifiers the app had the option to set the on & off set times for the ECO humidifiers and the night lights they have built in. It would make things more handy to be able to set the exact time to have the night light & the humidifier to turn on & off each/every day automatically according to your preference especially since it gets darker hours earlier than the time you go to bed and want the humidifier on at. Example: ON @16:30 & OFF@0630. I also wish it could set your assigned color for the nightlight so you don’t have to keep pressing the button until you get it to the color you want it at every time you turn it on. Another brand of a humidifier with night light I previously owned had those options on its app settings. It made things a lot easier for daily use so you didn’t have to manually turn it on & off.

Should not call this an app. Its useless. No information provided other than stealing your personal info! What is it for anyway? Won’t show humidity level … no real info. Just changing the speed! Why do you need an app and wifi and location access and all the info? I am deleting it and returning this to amazon

Not sure what’s with all of the bad reviews… as long as you follow the instructions of the manual that came with your appliance, it should connect.

Was working perfectly until I just did the update now no steam, very disappointed

my mom has been using eco smart for awhile now. she has multiple items and never had a problem with connecting. you have to be connected to wifi. she recently got me the eco smart humidifier, and i have had no problems at all with it, connected immediately, can change anything, and etc etc. ‼️ ‼️definitely recommend all products from this company ‼️ ‼️
