Never works
I can never get the app to work if I’m at work. Which is the whole point of this app. It needs so much WiFi to work but it never wants to connect

Add features
It’s 2026, please add the ability to zoom in and out, being able to save photos. Also being able to add more emojis. Lastly, the app is buggy, loading slow and most of the time I click on a message or post, it doesn’t take me directly to the message/post itself but the main page.
Save yourself headaches and don’t join
A lot of bugs, chat doesn’t work consistently, app stops working, you can’t access everything from an iPad vs laptop vs cell phone etc. canceled my subscription and it’s been over 6+ months that they tell me I’ll be getting my $ back from overpaying and nothing. Save yourself from frustration and headaches.

Can’t make an account
I just got a new job and needed to download this for work. when I try to make an account, I’m not able to. I’ve used my phone number, as well as someone else’s. I have used multiple of me emails with no success.

Great Systems
Love the value it brings to our restaurant as we have several of our systems incorporated into VSBL
Good except crashing
App is actually really useful but every time I open my tokens the app crashes. It’s such a pain.
Great app overall
Great app overall used in CFA very well, convenient easy to use however, the amount of tools is amazing. Only down side is how much it can randomly be down for whatever reason and unusable.

Updates are Terrible.
This app is absolutely terrible when trying to use it after it does an update. From repeated attempts at logging in to having to delete the app completely and then start over, I have never seen a more frustrating business app. Get it together already.

Hope for more functionality across devices
I hear our team loves it but for someone like me who works in admin, it’s hard to only be able to use this on my phone. Would love a desktop version. Also needs to ability to search the content of messages, not just search for a chat or channel.

Updating Galore
Obviously there are many modifications happening which require constant up dates. I wonder if it might serve us all better to do a bimonthly update with every modification in that two week period than to have 1 or 2 updates per week. Also, the iPad and iOS for Macbook full versions are needed. And there are constant notification issues with almost everyone on our team. And it's not because of our device settings. Thank you.

We use at our restaurant and love it!
We love the VSBL! We have even spread the word and have had local Chick-fil-As use it as well. Wasn’t sure about the shifts update, but it’s actually really cool. They thought about everything! As a director of 100+ people, the app helps keep everything together.
