I can’t log in
This is constant problem. No button for “forgot password”
Can’t login
The actual kit is great but I can no longer login to the app (on iPhone or iPad) and there is no prompt to get a password reminder or re-set. So app is currently useless. Please help. Many thanks
Dumbest App Ever
One buys a light bulb and it doesn’t work. It keeps flashing on and off. Apparently there may be some control using this app. However, when I uploaded the app and tried to sign in I only got the login screen. When I entered a User ID and password the app came back saying user unknown. So how are you supposed to use this app?

Out of Date
This app is outdated, some functions do not work properly on the newer iPhones.
Good hardware, bad software
I just got this dehumidifier and it works perfectly, however the app clearly is not being properly maintained. There is no way to register for the app on my device. It will only allow me to log in with a preexisting account, and I have not found a way to register online that does not link me back to the broken app.

Going downhill fast, pick another brand
App used to work great, but now it’s a mess. Day after day of login failures. The new parent company isn’t doing its job. The preprogrammed setting still run, but I can no longer spot control the tank because I can’t reach the controlled devices.
Unusable
Latest app update leaves you unable to alter any settings within the actual app. You are presented with a blue screen with the EcoSmart symbol. Eventually figured out I swipe right to login and left to view “items” on my setup…. However I can’t do anything with the items displayed. Can’t access powerhead control, light control, return pump control or even put tank into feed mode.

It’s getting better
Initially it was hit or miss connecting the vortechs and the radions. Now it’s been rock solid. Any problems I’ve had EcoTech has worked with me and gotten things fixed. Looking forward to what they are brewing up next.
They really need to update how how fast you receive an email on recovering passwords. Not sure why it takes so long. This isn’t the first time I had to recover my password and always seems like it take way to long.

Hardly ever works, logs you out and doesn’t let you back in and not use friendly whatsoever
Getting better..
This app still has bugs however it has come a far way. I love the control if gives you of your Ecotech products, making life much easier to control your reef at a touch of a button.

This app will let me turn on feed mode, but not increase the speed of my vortechs????? More gyre pumps here I come
