Brushes get tangled too easily
I had to unscrew the brushes about four times as they get tangled on chair legs, electrical cords unexpectedly. Bit concerned it comes too close to the stairs down.

Над приложением поработали, стало стабильнее. Для робота газонокосилки не хватает функции добавления запретных зон на карту без использования робота. Я хочу просто рисовать на карте круги или сложные формы, чтобы робот избегал этих зон, например дерево у забора, сейчас оно вне зоны карты и я не могу его пометить деревом. Есть квадратная клумба, вручную я обвел её роботом и вышел многоугольник, нуден более детальный редактор препятствий.

Great product: poor app that goes with it
I tried to purchase accessories to go with my unit from within the app and specific App Store. Was prompted to log in to take advantage of vouchers, but couldn’t get to slog in screen. Frustrating

До этого через раз получалось зайти. Теперь после обновления не заходит и не восстанавливает пароль! Исправьте хотя бы восстановление пароля!
Exceeds Expectation
the objective avoidance is great. It doesn’t suck up my cords that I leave on the floor. It’s a bot that Vacuums and mops effectively. I get lots of my life back. Kind of disappointed it’s not washing and folding my clothes.

My first robot-vac
I bought this about a month ago reduced so it’s been a good purchase. I wanted to give it time before reviewing. I rate it 3.5 stars but no half star option so I would go 4 and not as low as 3.
It’s great on floorboards and rugs; vacuuming & washing both work well once everything is set up correctly. The setup wasn’t completely straightforward, and the robot occasionally got confused, especially slipping into mop mode when there was water left in the tank. I’ve learnt not to leave water in the tank unless I actually want it to mop, because it will automatically switch modes.
After recalibrating and changing it to “Vac Only,” it’s been working reliably. I love that my home feels fresh and clean, and it only uses cold water. This model doesn’t use hot water even though it sometimes announces a “hot wash,” but the cleaning results are still great. Overall, it does a solid job especially on floorboards and now that it’s behaving, I’m happy with my Alice!

poor water drain and tray malfunction all the time

Useless & unreliable
Every time I have to use ours he has forgotten the house layout. He then can’t be used to target an area and takes a couple of hours to remap.
Many times he gets lost and can’t find his way back to the charging station.

Easy to use
I’ve had my Deebot for about three years, it’s good for daily use to stay on top of dust and pet hair. Allows longer time in between serious cleaning. The app makes it easy to control the bot.
Not Great
The first few days are ok, you then get sick of trying to find it and clean the bin, it really struggles to find it way back to charge and it constantly get caught up and stuck, the centralised dust bin is also useless- then ithe side brushed fall off and get lost
Ecovacs app
Disappointed with the App after coming from a Roborock vacuum. The mapping is awful with the Roborock outperforming Ecovacs new app years ago. Cleaning and the robot on a whole is ok but the App…. Walls where there’s any and on it goes…

Разработчики вы там вообще будите что-то делать? Приложение не работает от слова совсем! Пылесос базу не видит! С картой тоже беда, накладывает карту несколько раз друг на друга в перевернутом виде! Что происходит?

Перестало находить робота в России
После последних апдейтов в конце июля, сломалось все. Техника не находится, работает только с кнопки, техподдержка не отвечает
Не загружается локация
В последнее время не работает приложение, загружается главная страница, и при входе в сам пылесос запрос падает по таймауту

This is the best invention that someone ever came up with. I love it because it can get to areas I can’t reach. I’m someone with a physical disability and this robot vacuum cleaner has given me the independent side. Always wanted to have. I also would like to tell you that my mother has one as well and she loves it too. She really enjoys it it helps her to get areas that she can’t reach either. Please tell the developer whoever created this machine was a genius.
