Love my Ecovacs T50
Over two months of daily usage and I am impressed with this little machine. It powerful vacuum and self cleaning mop performance are comparable to machines twice this price point. Highly recommend it.
For a couple of weeks only vacuums rug and exclude the surface
Quite inconvenient when a room has a rug and only cleans the rug. The rest of the room which is hard surface always gets ignored. Unless I don’t select a zone, it does not clean. Have this for a couple of weeks and it has this problem from the start. Consistently updating the app assuming it will provide a bug fix but it doesn’t. Not the kind of app if you need to save time 👎

won’t connect, we already did the setup and it says to setup again because device is offline but it doesn’t work?? tried all the troubleshoot. app times out. fix ur app

Such a great purchase. We basically don’t have to vacuum every day anymore. Just on weekends to get to the bits where it can’t reach

Terrible ! Constantly losing the maps and the backup option has no impact… you always have to map again and again. Lots of time, consequently money!

Very easy to setup and hasn’t missed a beat in over a year. House is a mix of carpet and hard floor have a set timer once a day keeps the house clean even with our Golden retriever.Just have to empty after every run

Is it adware or app for a vacuum?
I am disappointed with user experience. The app wants to sell me services and making even trivial things hard and not intuitive. I would gladly use an app to get what I need for my vacuum if I like the experience. With currents experience I can promise that I will never buy anything in the app. Please change it!

Garbage app
This app is a dumpster fire. It will not recover the original map despite my best efforts, following the manufacturer’s directions. I can hit restore, but the app will not load that map for cleaning. Why y’all can’t get a simple thing like adding the original map correct, is beyond me. This dumb thing creates multiple maps despite ‘multi floor maps’ being turned off. How hard is that? Why don’t you have a simple map section on the Home Screen of your app? Handle all necessary adjustments, changes, and restorations in one uncluttered screen? The robot is great; too bad the one thing it can’t clean up is this garbage app.
