No balance payment
I really love ECU the rates are great and the service is to. But this app has no way to make a payment, or even find a way to.
What happened?
All of a sudden I don’t get texts when I use my debit card to purchase something

This app is fantastic! I’ve never had any problems whatsoever. I have read a few of them reviews and people seem to have trouble talking about using two different Apps? Only one App is needed. It’s the regular ECU app. I hope that helps people?
You can also turn off push notifications in your settings. If I had to say one thing bad it would be the option of the quick balance check is no longer available, but I am not even sure if that’s Eastman‘s fault. I think it has something to do with my iPhone software update for iOS 26.1.

I do have control of my account. I get notifications when a charge comes in and appears suspicious.
It’s good but why do we need this?
I have 0 complaints with the this app so far but all of the features here should just be included in the ECU Mobile app. It’s just kinda clunky to have 2 separate apps for the same bank.

This app is so user friendly and secure. I truly appreciate banks that focus on the security of their customers.
Nice App, Goes down a lot though
Like it says above, this app is good, when it works. I’m not sure if I just have bad luck with this app, but any time I try to use it it says “Sorry, we are unable to process your request right now. Please try again later.” It only works half the time I try to use it.
Never works
It was great and super convenient when it worked. Now it always tells me it is unable to process my request. It’s concerning when I can’t find my card and want to freeze it until I find it for sure and the app never works. Very irritating. Wonder if other banks have this app that really functions. It’s worth looking into

Lost cryptocurrency recovery
I was so impatient to carry out necessary research but i really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment buzz.
Unfortunately for me, I invested 80,000
GBP worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 280,000 GBP within a couple of weeks. But i didn't realize i was dealing with a scam company, until i tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because i could not afford to let it go. So i tried all possible means to make sure i recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if there were other people who had any similar experience. I stumbled upon a cryptocurrency forum were a couple of people mentioned that they had been through the same process but were able to recover their lost cryptocurrency, funds with the help of itech koa. So i file a report and he was able to help me get back all my lost funds within two weeks. I will recommend anybody who wants to recover scammed bitcoin, stolen cryptocurrency, funds lost to binary options forex, investment and any other form of online scam, reach out to itechkoa@Gmail.

I like this. I just wish it would show the transactions when I open the app. I see it in my notifications but would like it on here in case I needed to go back to see something. If it’s already on here, I can’t seem to find it.

Cards aren’t accurate
I have three cards with them. The credit cards are no where accurate with how much I have actually in the card and I haven’t used them in more than a week.
