Good, better with a change
I recently downloaded this app as I have been trying to manage my own eczema as well as my sons’. I appreciate all the features in this app, and adding a flare tracker, however, I can only track one person. It’d be so beneficial and helpful if we could add multiple profiles in order to track multiple family members’ eczema. My children are younger and do not have their own phones or other technology to track their own. This addition would make this a 5-star review for me rather than a 4.

Great besides food tracker
I’m unable to scroll all the way down to log any other foods unfortunately and I’m not sure how to get this fixed
Really Helpful for Eczema!
I’ve struggled with eczema my most of my life and recently stumbled upon this app. It’s been quite helpful for monitoring symptoms as well as potential triggers. I like how it includes various aspects of eczema (redness, oozing, etc) in tracking. The graphs it provides also helps visualize larger trends of how my skin is doing. The ability to add pictures as well is helpful for being able to refer back to certain days for comparison. I will say there’s definitely some bugs in the app. Signing up took a couple of tries because it kept getting stuck loading, navigating around the app can be a bit janky at times like for scrolling. Despite these issues, it’s still primarily functional and a great asset to have for eczema. One feature I’d like to suggest is an “add” feature under the “diet” section. You can do this in other sections of the app like under “treatments,” and I wish there was one for “diet” to add some other potential food allergies I’m trying to be aware of.

Won’t connect to server
I’ve tried many times to get signed up, and then it wouldn’t connect to send my information. So I never made it into the app to the features. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this just didn’t work. I hope someone can fix it for others.
Sign In Isn’t Functional
Downloaded App and signed up and confirmed the email link sent to me and yet when I try to sign in it wouldn’t do anything. PW and ID are correct. I find it strange that an App with so much good reviews has such an obvious flaw. Hope it is fixed.

App won’t work at all
I installed this app and it won’t let me log in. Keeps telling me I need to verify my email which I’ve done 10 times. Don’t waste your time!
It could be great
I recently learned about this app at the ACAAI meeting in Kentucky and was thrilled. As a person who as eczema who is also a health care physician who takes care of people with eczema, I think this is an incredible tool. It is so frustrating trying to keep track of what meds work, which don’t, what the triggers are etc. The best part of the app WOULD be the ability to make a visit summary for my dermatologist. It would be fabulous BUT it is so glitchy that it never loads the summary. Please fix this. I want to tell all of my patients about this but I can’t promote it if it doesn’t work.

Please please please fix the diet tracker section.
I used to love this app but ever since they made the app remember food items, the diet tracker section glitches on me every time. I cannot record food because it doesn’t save properly. It doesn’t even let you delete food items in the list of saved foods. Way too much to for me to scroll through. I’ve already discussed this with someone from the app, and they said they would fix it in the next update. Please do so.
