Needs so much adjustment
It’s nice to see the schedule. But that’s all you can see, you can’t move appointments, can’t get patient information or really anything useful. This should be much more user friendly. It needs to have the capability to fully use it as you do a chart on the computer. And it takes FOREVER to load
Why even bother?
We already have an issue with edge on the computer, being slow, but this app won’t even open. What’s the point of having an application for your customers and they can’t even use it? And that was the big selling point? I’m pretty sure all companies are confused as to why the software engineers have not fixed and rectified most of the things that are inconsistent with ortho2 and their application.

App and software in general is horrible
If you think the software on a desktop is slow and annoying to use, the app is even worse. So much money is paid to use this software just for it to be more of a burden then help.
Can’t log in
First thing you are greeted with is overly complicated instructions to establish a user is.
