I’ve ordered over and over throughout the years. I have given them so many chances to make it right it’s not even funny bc I love their work & prices, but I am finally done. Several locations are terrible and unapologetic

SCAM
Utterly horrendous IF I COULD GIVE THIS App ZERO STARS I WOULD. BUT I WANT PEOPLE AWARE OF THESE SCAMS I placed two orders within this app FOR IT to not even being placed within the actual location. When I was processing these orders it processed yes but it also had a error along with it. I CALLED the edibles location for them to say “ we do not have any orders from your phone number”. All I wanted was to purchase an arrangement for mothers Day now I would say purchase an arrangement online never in THE APP!!! ATTENTION 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨NEVER ORDER FROM THIS APP UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY GONE!

Incompetent mess
Tried to use this app to place an order and was astonished how poor it is. Literally crashed several times each time I started over and tried to access my contacts. Finally got to check out with Apple Pay and it failed again but somehow managed to charge my card even though it gave me no Evidence of order submission.

Unauthorized $1 charges at app download
The moment I downloaded the Edible Arrangements app after placing an online order, 18 $1 charges were attempted on my checking account via Apple Pay. Each charge denied. By utilizing the greatest banking security feature turning off my card immediately after a purchase saved someone from getting reported to the FTC.
The arrangement was perfect, a tray of chocolate covered fruit, simple and delicious. The card, however, was a birthday note from the family of some poor Tulane University college student planning to travel to celebrate the coming weekend. Family members names and all.
My note only said thanks for your intense caregiving skills. I felt really bad for the student. I hope they received an appropriate note with their arrangement.

Birthday
So on the app it says to enter your birthday and we’ll send u a gift. Well how long an I suppose to wait to receive my gift? I’ve had the app for years, and have placed orders thru the app. Still no gift

I went in to get a birthday treat and I got a free box of chocolate strawberries as well as a free smoothie for leaving a review! Great, fast, and kind service as well. The food was also delicious. I’ll definitely be back!
Apple Pay
You give the option to use Apple pay to checkout but keep failing the payment saying the zip code is not filled in or valid but it is in the payment method. Why can’t I check out?
Just sad.
Seeing all these horrible reviews make me not even wanna purchase anything you guys have to do better by your customers the customer are always right.

If I could give them no stars I would. They over charge and don’t even give you what you paid for. I placed an order before Mother’s Day and order 6 cheese cakes with chocolate cover strawberries on top and added a balloon and a card. They delivered 3 cheesecakes with random chocolate bits and 3 chocolate chocolate strawberries 1 of the cheesecake looks like they picked the strawberries off. I took a photo I called them left voicemails emailed them no response. I went to Instagram and show them the photos that’s when they responded apologized and offered me a full refund they told me to wait 5-10 days to which I waited for and only was refunded $6 smh. when I reached out again letting them know hey you only refunded $6 my order was more than that they told me yea it was for the missing balloon and I’m like you told me full refund and if that’s the case what about the missing cakes? They said they would get back to me on that….(still waiting )They ruined Mother’s Day and kept my money do yourself a favor don’t buy from them save your money!

Billing Address
When attempting to fill out the billing section to complete the order, I’m not able to fill out the email section. It only allows me to enter letters and not numbers which prevents me from finishing the order. I don’t know if it’s just me having this issue or other people are experiencing the same thing. Hopefully this will be looked into.

Missing items and no refund

Ordered cookies. Paid for cookies. No cookies! Supposed to be delivered on Valentine’s Day, app says delivered, but never was delivered. Not the first time this has happened. A credit will not do! Only a complete refund will work. And who has ever heard of customer care support closing so early?
Great app
Idk why so many negative reviews. I have nothing but good things to say about the app. Very easy to navigate the tabs and options as well place my orders. I can also view all of my past orders and delivery statuses. The stores have all received my orders right away and no problem with seeing the notes attached as well. Thanks Edible Arrangments! You always come through for me !
