Very Buggy and potentially damaging app
My phone has never been the same since downloading this app. Cellular connection keeps cutting off, basic features are slowed down. Calls drop out of nowhere. GPS is no longer accurate.
Not to mention how poorly optimized it is.
(You can technically get rid of all these bugs by doing a factory reset, but THAT SHOULDNT BE THE CASE!!)

Freezes glitches shuts down inaccessible you name it. Create regular updates for it or something. This is the entire system
App always crashes during the holidays

Total trash on and off driver for years now
Lags. Crashes. Anytime there are a lot of orders in the queue for holidays. The app will not allow you to log them in properly. The scan feature works here and there constantly have to hit the optimize button. It will not save a route ever. There are days where it functions without issue. The other major flaw is when excepting orders it will reset itself and everything that you plugged in doesn’t move to active. This is a daily occurrence multiple times a day. It’s very frustrating. It is frustrating with the point where I do not enjoy the job.
