Unusable “SMART WATCH” ECB-30

I bought a "smart" watch and I can't connect it to my phone because the instructions included with the product are not valid. The application described in the instructions is not compatible with the watch ECB-30. You have to download another second application where you have to create a user account and agree to a multi-page license agreement and allow the processing of personal data. I'm not a lawyer, I just bought a watch. I don't agree with this, I'm going to return the watch to the store and I never want Casio again.
