Horrid
I’m from aus and I ordered one item and it was super expensive, I then asked a friend if she’d ever ordered because I suddenly got very nervous about it, my friend said she ordered and never got her package and never got her money back. Disgusting. Now I cannot track my order and I suspect the same thing is happening to me. All week I’ve felt sick about this because I cannot just throw money around for nothing.

Processing fee?
The site itself is fine, but a problem I had was when I didn’t like the item I bought and wanted to return it they charged me a processing fee so while I paid $55 I only got $42. I just think having to pay a processing fee for returning an item and not getting back what you spent originally is crazy.

I bought clothes from here before going on vacation. They didn’t send my full order, and I was angry considering I spent over 100$ on this site. I tried to file a missing item complaint. And it kept saying a “Unable” to find this order even though I used my email and the order number. I contacted and emailed them. No response. Do better.

Scam
Bought two items been days and way over the average shipment. Talked to customer service and they asked for my digits for my card number, which I didn’t think was safe but told them my name and the shipment number. Still don’t have it and didn’t get a refund. Wouldn’t recommend buying here.

Edikted had beautiful clothing don’t get me wrong but when u order online I got a completely different item and getting the size I didn’t order please do a better job at keeping track of which one is which

You don’t allow me to review an order I bought on the app or on shop after I bought it and it came in which is intentional to prevent transparency it can be solved. The clothes are clearly fast fashion factory slop meant for 13 year olds without a job, I bought a romper it was the material of a bathing suit the clothes are so sheer I hope your ok with everyone seeing right through your shirt! The material couldn’t get cheaper it’s SHEIN and Temu but double or triple the price. I look at anyone buying from here funny because the only reason is a shopping addiction it’s slop.

Difficulties
I ordered my clothes to be here within 1-2 business days for a trip and it's coming a day after at 9pm for both orders. I ordered them on a Saturday and Sunday and paid $300+ with extra $18 shipping. I don't want my money back I want my order here sooner because now I don't have the right clothes for a trip. And for the people who have to say I should've ordered sooner, it shouldn't matter if I had to pay an extra $18 for it to be here late. 2 stars because I'm still getting my clothes.

never received order
i ordered this top around a week ago and shipping claims to say it was delivered but i never got my package. i have been emailing and all costumer service says is to keep waiting and checking but i still haven’t received it. i was scammed and have been asking for a refund and the top that i needed and now im not getting a response. horrible service when dealing with shipping issues.

It’s a pretty good app but my only complaint is that they kinda lie about the thing like they say the real value is 89 and it’s going on for 13 but it never has risen to 89 this is a little bit of a problem because people think oh yeah it’s 89 going for 13 now and I’ll just buy it which is such a good deal which is not true. It’s a really good store with cute clothes true to size and I really like it but it takes like 30 minutes just to do one order

i love ur jewelry but why is it that whenever i want to remove something from my cart it doesn’t let me. I keep getting an error notification. same with checking out it automatically removes stuff that says it was in stock. i rlly don’t get it. please fix this issue
Cute clothes but cheap material and hard to shop online
The clothes are soo cute don’t get me wrong but all the materials it’s made of are cheap(SHEIN literally make there clothes with the same fabrics). Also the app is just annoying each time I add stuff to my wish list or basket it just removes it the next day, it constantly logs me out and when I log back in every items I’ve added to my basket is gone. That’s why is so hard to shop on here which is something they need to fix asap

You can’t call yourself a feminist, left leaning, liberal, or anti-war if you support this company and its Israeli owners. If they made any type of political stand against the war and solidarity with Iran or current movement I would be less willing to blame the singular owners, but alas they have not.

Great App
I only have two complaints. I wish the app was sorted into “shopping” and not “other,” because when I go to navigate to the app, it’s separate from the other shopping apps. Secondly, I wish the “style it with” and “styled by you” that you see for products on the website could also be seen on the app. I often go to the website on my phone to look at the “styled by you” section to see how the product fits on people other than the models, since you can’t see it on the app. Other than that, it’s one of the best shopping apps out there, with a great layout and navigation that isn’t seen in say, Garage’s app.

I don’t like the app
This is one of the worst shopping apps ever. The quality is not bad but the costumer service is trash, they won’t refund me even though i bought the item minutes ago not even hours and is just the fact that the app has so many problems is insane honestly my last time buying from them.
SLOW APP
The app and website are so unbelievably slow. Took me 20 minutes just to place an order. Come on now Edikted.
Not Inclusive
I have been scrolling through this app for about 20 minutes and have not seen a single model above a size S. I am a size L and have no idea what edikted's clothes would look like on me. This most likely means that their clothes are only tailored towards smaller women. When reading reviews, there is no option to see what size a person is reviewing so these are equally as unhelpful.

Why pay for returns?
Edited is one of the few online retailers that does not offer free returns or exchanges. I hate that I have to pay to ship it back. It’s ridiculous. Also, these clothes are not original. We can find similar things at other stores. I’m done shopping at Edited.
Shipping..
The shipping takes forever!(Canadian) I ordered about three packages for a vacation on Dec 26th. And the one I needed I ordered on the 8th and the website says “get your package before Dec 24th!” As in last minute Christmas shopping. My package still hasn’t come in (it’s Jan 1st), its currently still in Ontario, yet two of my packages that I ordered just a few days later came in on the 23 and 30. Overall I’m disappointed and wish they didn’t falsely advertise the date of arrival for a package.
