horrible delivery
I ordered a pair of shorts and a shirt on august 20th and it still has not arrived and it’s now september 7th, and i was told it would be here by september 1st. 🔫🔫😡😡🤬🤬👿👿👹👹

I usually have such a hard time finding clothes online due to apps having unacurrate sizing and pictures. (Pardon my spelling) but anyways I measured myself and I used the size chart that edikted had, and OMG the jeans fit me perfectly I was so happy. I recently lost a lot of weight so I need a pair of jeans that suited me because everything else fell down. Not only is their sizing accurate, the jeans are adorable. Perfect baggy size and length. Everything is true to the picture so no need to ask if it’ll actually look like the inspo pictures because it will. Also the sale they had allowed me to buy multiple pair of jeans that I wouldn’t have otherwise been able to buy. This is my new favorite app/brand to shop at!! 10/10!!

The clothes are so adorable, if u r trying to find trending clothes it’s at edikted! But it is very very very expensive. But lovely clothes and pretty good quality. Also my go to store ( I only get stuff on sale tho lol)
Bad Loyalty
I bought a top and received it damaged went in store to return and they told me they can not accept damaged items back even though I wasn’t the one who damaged it, had the tags on it, and receipt still. Horrible Loyalty!!
Expedited shipping
I bought with extra money expedited shipping and my package hasn’t arrived in that time frame.
Worst Customer Service Ever.
My order was lost in the mail. I paid for expedited shipping and rather than Edikted having good customer service and reaching out to explain this, I had to repeatedly email the customer service email. Replies were significantly slow, and even when I flagged the lack of updates on my package after 6 days, I was told to just sit tight and wait, only to hear back 2 days later that my package was indeed lost. I then received a painfully automated AI response which really is the selling point in the lack of respect and care for customers that Edikted has. The Edikted team did not offer anything to do to make this right. I had to ask what options there were and the overall response I got was just ridiculous and showed such little care. The customer service team was so incredibly difficult to reach and I am incredibly dissatisfied with the company.

Horrid
I’m from aus and I ordered one item and it was super expensive, I then asked a friend if she’d ever ordered because I suddenly got very nervous about it, my friend said she ordered and never got her package and never got her money back. Disgusting. Now I cannot track my order and I suspect the same thing is happening to me. All week I’ve felt sick about this because I cannot just throw money around for nothing.

Processing fee?
The site itself is fine, but a problem I had was when I didn’t like the item I bought and wanted to return it they charged me a processing fee so while I paid $55 I only got $42. I just think having to pay a processing fee for returning an item and not getting back what you spent originally is crazy.

I bought clothes from here before going on vacation. They didn’t send my full order, and I was angry considering I spent over 100$ on this site. I tried to file a missing item complaint. And it kept saying a “Unable” to find this order even though I used my email and the order number. I contacted and emailed them. No response. Do better.

Scam
Bought two items been days and way over the average shipment. Talked to customer service and they asked for my digits for my card number, which I didn’t think was safe but told them my name and the shipment number. Still don’t have it and didn’t get a refund. Wouldn’t recommend buying here.

Edikted had beautiful clothing don’t get me wrong but when u order online I got a completely different item and getting the size I didn’t order please do a better job at keeping track of which one is which

You don’t allow me to review an order I bought on the app or on shop after I bought it and it came in which is intentional to prevent transparency it can be solved. The clothes are clearly fast fashion factory slop meant for 13 year olds without a job, I bought a romper it was the material of a bathing suit the clothes are so sheer I hope your ok with everyone seeing right through your shirt! The material couldn’t get cheaper it’s SHEIN and Temu but double or triple the price. I look at anyone buying from here funny because the only reason is a shopping addiction it’s slop.

Difficulties
I ordered my clothes to be here within 1-2 business days for a trip and it's coming a day after at 9pm for both orders. I ordered them on a Saturday and Sunday and paid $300+ with extra $18 shipping. I don't want my money back I want my order here sooner because now I don't have the right clothes for a trip. And for the people who have to say I should've ordered sooner, it shouldn't matter if I had to pay an extra $18 for it to be here late. 2 stars because I'm still getting my clothes.

i ordered this top around a week ago and shipping claims to say it was delivered but i never got my package. i have been emailing and all costumer service says is to keep waiting and checking but i still haven’t received it. i was scammed and have been asking for a refund and the top that i needed and now im not getting a response. horrible service when dealing with shipping issues.

It’s a pretty good app but my only complaint is that they kinda lie about the thing like they say the real value is 89 and it’s going on for 13 but it never has risen to 89 this is a little bit of a problem because people think oh yeah it’s 89 going for 13 now and I’ll just buy it which is such a good deal which is not true. It’s a really good store with cute clothes true to size and I really like it but it takes like 30 minutes just to do one order

i love ur jewelry but why is it that whenever i want to remove something from my cart it doesn’t let me. I keep getting an error notification. same with checking out it automatically removes stuff that says it was in stock. i rlly don’t get it. please fix this issue
Cute clothes but cheap material and hard to shop online
The clothes are soo cute don’t get me wrong but all the materials it’s made of are cheap(SHEIN literally make there clothes with the same fabrics). Also the app is just annoying each time I add stuff to my wish list or basket it just removes it the next day, it constantly logs me out and when I log back in every items I’ve added to my basket is gone. That’s why is so hard to shop on here which is something they need to fix asap
