Can’t log on to my account from the app

This app is slow and doesn’t connect to anything. I have an account and it is not recognising it even though I can access it on the website. That’s one of the many faults I keep finding with this app

One of the biggest companies with one of the worst apps. Try and book.. declined, doesn’t remember anything.. useless.. skip the app and just go to normal website which is stuck in the 00s as well but at least works

16+ age rating prevents junior members from downloading this app

I have many frustrations with this app, as it’s poorly designed, but my main frustration is, my teenager cannot download it to book junior gym sessions as they are not 16+, even though junior gym sessions are from S1, so from 11 years old. What content does this app have that prevents it from being used by junior members?
